rockane 6" Trailer Jack Swivel Caster Wheel Replacement — Black, Dual 6" Poly, 1,200 lb Capacity

Rockane’s 6" black swivel caster is a heavy-duty trailer jack wheel replacement that fits 2" diameter jack tubes and supports up to 1,200 lbs for smooth, reliable trailer positioning.

This replacement swivel caster wheel provides a simple, durable solution for moving and stabilizing trailers, A-frame jacks, and tongue supports. Built with dual 6" poly wheels, a black corrosion-resistant finish, and a 360-degree swivel design, it’s engineered for easy installation and confident maneuvering on soft ground like sand, grass, and unpaved surfaces. The unit includes a securing pin for fast hookup and is sized to slip into standard 2" diameter jack tubes.

How durable is the Rockane wheel for frequent trailer use?

The Rockane 6" caster uses dense poly wheels and a protective black finish to resist wear and corrosion from outdoor exposure. Its dual-wheel layout spreads load and reduces rolling resistance, giving longer service life than many single-wheel replacements.

• Dual 6" poly wheels for abrasion resistance
• Corrosion-resistant black coating on metal parts
• Rated for 1,200 lb tongue weight capacity
• Designed for repeated swivel motion without binding

Will this fit my trailer jack or A-frame jack?

The caster is made to accept standard 2" diameter jack tubes, so it fits most trailer jacks and A-frame jacks without modification. Installation is straightforward: slide into the tube and secure with the included pin for an immediate replacement.

• Compatible with 2" jack tubes and A-frame jacks
• Includes securing pin for firm attachment
• No special tools required for typical installs
• Works as a direct swap for many common jack casters

How does the swivel design help during setup and storage?

The 360-degree swivel allows you to rotate the wheel freely so you can align and pivot the trailer with minimal effort. This is especially useful when hitching, moving trailers into tight spots, or positioning on uneven ground.

• Full 360° swivel for easy directional changes
• Smooth turning reduces strain on the jack and frame
• Improved maneuverability on soft surfaces like sand or grass
• Dual wheels help prevent sinking on softer terrain

What installation and maintenance should I expect?

Installation takes only minutes: insert the caster into a 2" jack tube, align the holes, and lock it in place with the supplied pin. Routine checks for tightness and occasional cleaning will keep the wheel performing well for seasons to come.

• Slide into tube, align, and secure with included pin
• Check pin and swivel for tightness before each use
• Wipe wheel surfaces clean after muddy or sandy use
• Reapply a light corrosion inhibitor to exposed metal if needed

Who is this for? The Rockane 6" Black Trailer Jack Swivel Caster is ideal for boat owners, small utility trailer users, landscape professionals, and recreational vehicle owners who need an affordable, rugged replacement wheel that improves traction and maneuverability on soft and uneven terrain.
