RYOBI 18V Cordless High-Pressure Inflator Kit — 160 PSI, 4Ah Battery & Digital Gauge

The RYOBI PCL001B is an 18V cordless high-pressure inflator kit with a 4Ah battery and charger that delivers up to 160 PSI for tires and sports gear with a digital gauge and auto shut-off.

This compact kit pairs a powerful cordless inflator with a 4Ah battery and charger so you can inflate car and bike tires, sports balls, and other small inflatables without hunting for an outlet. Its digital pressure readout, 24" hose, on-board accessory storage and auto shut-off make it practical for mobile use and quick roadside or garage tasks. The unit ships in bulk packaging and is built to work within the RYOBI 18V platform.

How accurate is the digital pressure reading and how does auto shut-off work?

The built-in digital gauge shows a clear numeric PSI so you can set and monitor target pressure. Auto shut-off halts inflation automatically when the preset PSI is reached, reducing the risk of overinflation while you multitask. The system is best suited to smaller to medium inflatables rather than large-volume inflation jobs.

• Digital display provides precise numeric PSI readings.
• Auto shut-off stops at the user-set pressure.
• Useful for quick, accurate fills of tires and sports equipment.
• Not intended for continuous heavy commercial inflation.

What can this inflator handle and what is the maximum pressure?

The RYOBI PCL001B reaches up to 160 PSI, which is suitable for car and bike tires, small ATV tires, and most sports balls. The 24" hose gives easier access to valve stems and the package includes common accessory fittings stored on-board so you have the right nozzle for different inflatables. For very large truck or industrial tires, a dedicated high-volume compressor may be preferable.

• Maximum 160 PSI for high-pressure tire needs.
• 24" hose extends reach to awkward-valve positions.
• Includes accessory fittings for balls and specialty valves.
• On-board storage keeps adapters and nozzles accessible.

How portable and durable is the kit for on-the-go use?

The cordless design paired with the included 18V 4Ah battery and charger lets you take inflation tasks on the road without extension cords. The unit’s compact footprint and integrated accessory storage are tailored for trunk or garage stashing, and the hose and connections are built for routine outdoor use. Because it’s battery powered, plan charging cycles for extended sessions.

• Comes with a rechargeable 18V 4Ah battery and charger.
• Compact, cordless form factor for trunk or garage storage.
• On-board storage reduces lost accessories when mobile.
• Designed for occasional to frequent consumer use, not continuous industrial duty.

What’s included in the package and what should I expect from the bulk packaging?

The kit includes the PCL001B inflator, one 18V 4Ah battery, and an 18V charger. Bulk packaging means minimal retail-style box graphics—ideal for professional buyers or installers purchasing multiple units, but you’ll still receive all listed components ready for immediate use. Check that accessories are present before use and follow battery charging instructions.

• Kit contents: inflator, 18V 4Ah battery, 18V charger.
• Bulk packaging with essential protection, limited retail inserts.
• Inspect accessories and battery charge level on arrival.
• Works with other RYOBI 18V batteries and chargers in many cases.

Who is this for: The RYOBI PCL001B kit is aimed at DIYers, cyclists, car owners, and weekend warriors who want a portable, accurate inflator for tires and sports gear without relying on a mains outlet. It suits garage use and mobile inflation tasks where 160 PSI and cordless convenience are sufficient; for heavy commercial workloads consider a high-volume compressor instead.
