RZEOZU Mini Bike Rear Disc Brake Kit for 7/8" Handlebars — Coleman CT100U Fit, Steel Lever & Caliper

RZEOZU's Mini Bike Brake Lever Kit is a complete rear disc brake replacement set built for 7/8" handlebars and made to restore precise stopping power on compatible minibikes.

If your minibike uses a rear disc brake and you need a full replacement assembly, this kit delivers a lever, cable and caliper sized to fit many popular 50–100cc small bikes. The set is supplied with mounting hardware and spare pads so you can replace a worn rear brake system without hunting for individual parts. The components are manufactured from durable steel and sized for standard 7/8" grips and a 51 mm caliper mount spacing.

Which minibikes will this brake kit fit?

This kit is designed to be a direct replacement for a wide range of small bikes and pit bikes that use rear disc brakes and 7/8" handlebar levers. It fits several Coleman, Motovox, Monster Moto, Baja and FR* models — check your bike's brake type and mounting dimensions before ordering.

• Compatible models include Coleman CT100U and CC100X, Motovox MBX10/MBX11, Monster Moto MMB80/MMB105
• Also fits Baja Motorsports Doodlebug DB30 and various 79–100cc Predator, Mega Moto, and GMB100 minibikes
• Note: for rear disc applications only — not a front caliper and not for drum brakes

What components are included and what are their sizes?

The kit is shipped as a ready-to-install group of parts so you get a lever, cable, caliper and all fasteners needed for typical rear brake replacement jobs. Sizes are provided to confirm fitment with your frame and handlebar setup.

• One 7/8" (22 mm) brake lever designed for standard minibike handlebars
• 61" overall brake cable with 55" outer sleeve length and approximately 4.96" inner travel
• Rear brake caliper with a mounting hole spacing of 51 mm (about 2.01")
• Extras: four brake pads, six cable ties, two wrenches, two screws and two nuts

How durable and precise is the braking hardware?

RZEOZU supplies steel hardware and a properly sleeved control cable to provide reliable braking feel and long service life under normal minibike use. The caliper and lever are engineered to deliver consistent lever travel and pad engagement for safer stops.

• Premium steel construction on lever and caliper resists wear and bending
• Pre-measured cable length allows installation without splicing or extensions
• Four replacement brake pads included to extend service intervals after installation

Who is this for: This rear disc brake kit is made for minibike owners, mechanics and hobbyists who need a complete replacement brake assembly for 7/8" handlebars. It's especially useful if your original rear disc caliper or lever is worn, bent or missing and you want a single purchase that includes the cable, hardware and spare pads. Before ordering, confirm your bike uses a rear disc brake (not a drum brake) and verify the caliper mounting hole spacing and handlebar diameter match the kit specifications.
