SEKAM Folding Tire Step for Trucks, SUVs & RVs — Black adjustable wheel step, 350 lb capacity, non-slip rubber platform

SEKAM Folding Tire Step is a sturdy, adjustable wheel-mounted platform that gives safe, stable access to roofs, engine bays, and cargo on trucks, SUVs and RVs.

Built from carbon steel with a broad rubber-covered platform, this folding tire step clamps to a wide range of tires to create a temporary step without drilling or permanent mounts. Its quick-release adjustment, non-slip tread and compact folding design make it useful for loading roof racks, washing tall vehicles, checking rooftop accessories, and routine maintenance while camping or on the road.

How does the SEKAM step attach and adjust to different tire sizes?

The step fastens to the tire's outer edge using an adjustable bracket and quick-release pins so you can position it for a secure sit. Multiple depth positions and height levels let the step accommodate a variety of tire widths and profiles on lifted trucks and standard SUVs.

• Fits tires 10.2–14.5 inches wide with five depth settings
• Four height positions to match wheel offsets and fender gaps
• Quick-release pins and nylon lock nuts for fast, secure changes

Is the surface safe in wet or muddy conditions?

The platform features a deep-ribbed rubber tread designed to increase traction in damp, dirty, or dusty conditions so you can step up confidently. A coated steel frame and rubber contact pads reduce direct metal-to-rubber contact, minimizing damage to the tire sidewall.

• 19.8 x 7.5 inch rubber-covered platform for stable footing
• Textured tread pattern for improved grip when wet
• Rubber contact pads and pivot washers protect wheel finish

How strong is the step and what safety features should I use?

Rated to support up to 350 lb, the SEKAM step uses a heavy-duty carbon steel frame to handle typical user weight and gear. Safety relies on proper setup: place the step on firm level ground, lock every adjustment pin before use, and always remove the step prior to driving.

• 350 lb rated capacity with reinforced steel frame
• Reflective strips for roadside visibility during low light
• Foldable design plus included storage bag to keep it clean

How compact is it for storage and travel?

The step folds flat and stows in the supplied lined carry bag to contain dirt and moisture, making it convenient for truck beds, RV compartments, or garage shelving. Its compact footprint lets you keep it accessible for quick roadside tasks without taking up much space.

• Folds flat for compact storage in the included lined bag
• Lightweight profile compared to permanent ladder alternatives
• Durable finish and hardware resist outdoor use and rust

Who is this for: The SEKAM Folding Tire Step is made for pickup and SUV owners, overlanders, RVers and anyone who needs a portable, damage-minimizing way to reach roofs, rooftop cargo, or engine areas. It’s especially useful for lifted 4x4s and camper vans with higher access points, and for drivers who prefer a temporary, tool-free step that won’t alter their vehicle permanently.
