SewerFlo Quick Release RV Macerator Pump - 12V 12 GPM, 3" Bayonet & 10' Lift

This compact macerator is built for RV travelers who need a reliable, non-permanent solution for dumping waste where gravity or campground hookups aren't available. It combines a high-speed cutting assembly with self-priming capability, a quick-connect 3" bayonet fitting, and a 12V cigarette-lighter power option so you can set up and clear tanks quickly without tools or permanent plumbing.

How does the macerator prevent clogs and handle solids?

The pump uses a double spiral cutting system with four closely spaced blades to chop solids into very small particles (about 1/16 inch). Reduced particle size dramatically lowers the chance of jams in hoses and camp drains, and a manual anti-clog function helps clear stubborn material if needed.

• Four spiral cutting blades grind solids to ~1/16" for smooth flow
• Manual anti-clog blending function for emergency clearing
• Self-priming design avoids repeated manual priming during start-up

Can it move waste long distances or uphill from an RV?

Yes — the SewerFlo unit offers a 10-foot maximum lift and an open flow of 12 gallons per minute, making it suitable for extended runs to distant disposal points or uphill lifts when gravity alone won’t reach a sewer connection. Performance depends on hose diameter and run layout, but the pump is designed for common RV scenarios.

• 12 GPM (≈45 LPM) open flow for quick dumping
• Up to 10-foot vertical lift for uphill transfer
• 1" hose barb and 3" bayonet RV connector for standard hookups

How easy is it to install, operate, and store in an RV?

Installation is tool-free: attach the 3" quick-connect bayonet to your RV outlet, plug the 12V cigarette-lighter lead or quick-disconnect wiring, and start the pump. The compact footprint and simple hookup mean it stows neatly between trips and is ready for use at campsites or dump stations.

• Quick-release 3" bayonet connector for fast attachment/removal
• 12V cigarette-lighter plug and quick-disconnect wiring for plug-and-play use
• Compact, lightweight design for easy handling and storage

What cleaning and maintenance features are included?

The pump is designed with rinse capability to flush debris and residue after use, plus durable impeller materials that balance wear resistance and gentle handling of waste. Routine rinsing and occasional inspection of the cutting assembly keep performance consistent over time.

• Built-in fresh-water rinse path to clear internal debris
• Impeller components in rubber and copper for longevity
• Easy-access components for quick visual checks and basic maintenance

Who is this for: RV owners, campers, and mobile technicians who need a portable, non-permanent waste transfer solution that reduces clogs, handles uphill or distant dumping, and installs without tools. If you value quick setup, reliable maceration of black and grey water, and a 12V power option for on-the-road convenience, the SewerFlo Quick Release RV Macerator Pump is built for your travels.
