SILVEL Buffer Polisher 1600W 7"/6" Backing Plates for Car & Boat — 7-Speed with Full Pad Kit

Designed for enthusiasts and detailers who want an efficient, portable polishing system, the SILVEL buffer combines a high-torque motor with ergonomic controls and multiple backing plate sizes. It ships with foam and wool pads, sanding discs, handles, and a storage bag so you can switch between compounding, polishing, and waxing without hunting for accessories. The variable-speed range and durable build make it suitable for removing light defects, leveling compounds, or applying sealants and waxes on automotive and marine gelcoat surfaces.

How powerful is this polisher and what does that mean for results?

The 1600W motor delivers consistent torque for both low- and high-speed work, letting you address swirl marks, oxidation, and light scratches more quickly than lower-powered hobby buffers. The motor is wound with copper wire for thermal stability and durability under sustained use.

• 1600W motor for steady, high-torque output
• Designed for extended use without frequent overheating
• Handles heavy-duty compounding and finishing passes

What controls and speed options does it offer for different tasks?

SILVEL includes a 7-step speed dial that ranges from a slow 500 RPM to a faster 3300 RPM, letting you match rotation to the pad, compound, and surface. The variable-speed control is easy to adjust while operating so you can start slow for delicate areas and increase speed as needed for cutting or polishing.

• 7 variable speeds for precision from 500–3300 RPM
• Quick speed adjustments without stopping work
• Suitable for finishing, polishing, and moderate correction

Which accessories are included and how do they expand the polisher’s use?

The kit comes ready to use with multiple pads and extras so you can move from sanding to compounding and polishing with one machine. Included foam and wool pads, sanding paper, and two backing discs cover a wide range of detailing stages.

• 6" foam pads (6) and 7" wool pads (3) for different finishes
• Two backing discs for both 6" and 7" pad compatibility
• 10 sanding sheets, D-handle, side handle, hex wrench, spare carbon brushes, bag, and manual

How comfortable and safe is it to use for longer jobs?

The SILVEL buffer is shaped for balanced handling with an ergonomic front grip and a curved main handle to reduce operator fatigue during extended sessions. A side D-handle adds control for heavier correction work and helps stabilize pressure for consistent results.

• Ergonomic curved body and front grip for reduced hand fatigue
• Detachable D-handle for added leverage and stability
• Spare carbon brushes included to maintain motor life

Who this is for: Detailers, automotive hobbyists, and boat owners who need a single, powerful polishing tool that handles compounding, polishing, and waxing. If you want a durable corded polisher with multiple pad sizes, a broad speed range, and a full accessory kit for mobile or garage use, the SILVEL Buffer Polisher is a practical choice.
