SKÖG Locking Air Chuck Quick-Connect (1-Pack) — RatchetSeal, Open-Flow 360° Swivel

SKÖG Chuck Mates Platinum is a one-piece, locking quick-connect air chuck that instantly seals Schrader valves and delivers continuous open airflow with a 360° swivel for kink-free use.

Designed for mechanics, cyclists, and vehicle owners who want faster, more reliable inflation, the SKÖG Chuck Mates Platinum Locking Air Chuck replaces fiddly screw-on or clip-style chucks. It uses a push-to-connect ratcheting seal and a spring-loaded release so you can attach and detach in seconds while preserving a tight, leak-resistant connection. Rugged materials and universal Schrader compatibility make it suitable for everything from garage compressors to roadside tire inflators.

How does the quick-connect RatchetSeal make inflating tires faster?

The RatchetSeal mechanism is a push-to-connect system that gently ratchets onto standard Schrader valve stems, creating an immediate airtight seal without twisting or manual clamping. That saves time at every inflation and reduces valve damage from repeated screwing motions.

• Patented ratcheting action locks firmly on the valve stem
• Push-to-connect design for one-handed operation
• Consistent, repeatable air-tight sealing

What does open-flow with 360° swivel mean for performance?

Open-flow allows unrestricted airflow whenever the chuck is open to pressure, so you get full compressor output during inflation. The integrated 360° swivel prevents hose kinks and keeps the hose flexible, improving airflow and reducing wear on fittings.

• Uninterrupted airflow maximizes fill speed
• Swivel reduces hose torque and tangling
• Better durability from less hose stress

Will this work with my inflator, compressor, or vehicle tires?

Yes — the Chuck Mates Platinum is built for universal Schrader valve compatibility, so it connects to most tire inflators, compressors, and common air tools. It suits cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles with Schrader valves, RVs, ATVs, and UTVs.

• Fits standard Schrader valve stems used on most road vehicles
• Compatible with tire inflators, shop compressors, and blow guns
• Ideal for both consumer and light-commercial use

How simple is attachment and detachment in real-world use?

Attachment is nearly instantaneous: push the chuck onto the valve and the RatchetSeal engages. To remove, press the push-button release and the spring-loaded mechanism ejects the chuck cleanly — no twisting or prying required.

• One-handed push to connect for quicker tasks
• Push-button release ejects the chuck smoothly
• Reduces fumbling in roadside or low-light situations

Who is this for? The SKÖG Chuck Mates Platinum Locking Air Chuck is made for anyone who inflates tires regularly and wants a faster, more dependable connection—home mechanics, pro technicians, cyclists, fleet managers, and drivers who prefer easy-to-use tools. If you need a durable, universal air chuck that reduces hose strain and keeps air flowing at full capacity, this quick-connect chuck upgrades your compressor setup without complicated adapters. It’s also a practical add-on for emergency roadside kits and shop benches where reliability and speed matter.
