SNEMEEY Heated Passenger Side Mirror Glass for Dodge Ram 1500/2500 2013–2018 — ABS Backing, Direct-Fit

SNEMEEY replacement passenger-side mirror glass for Dodge Ram 1500/2500 (2013–2018) is a direct-fit heated glass with an ABS backing plate designed to restore visibility and defog quickly.

This precision-engineered mirror glass is made to match the original equipment dimensions and connector layout used on Dodge Ram 1500 and 2500 trucks from model years 2013 through 2018. It includes the heating element and a robust ABS mounting plate so you can replace a cracked, fogged, or non-heating right-side mirror without buying a full housing. The part is intended for straightforward DIY replacement: plug-and-play wiring, included instructions, and installation aids help shorten installation time.

Will this mirror fit my Dodge Ram passenger side from 2013–2018?

Yes — the glass and backing plate are shaped and sized to match the passenger-side mirror assemblies used on Dodge Ram 1500 and 2500 trucks for the specified years. The mounting holes and electrical socket align with the factory harness for heated mirrors.

• Compatible with 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 and 2500 models
• OE-style dimensions and connector (OE: 68079363AA)
• Designed for right/passenger side only

How does the heated feature perform in cold or wet conditions?

The integrated heating element distributes warmth across the glass surface to help melt frost and clear light fogging faster than an unheated mirror. It uses the vehicle’s existing mirror power circuit, so the heat activates when the factory mirror heating function is enabled.

• Fast and uniform defrosting and defogging
• Operates with the original mirror heat circuit when connected correctly
• Improves rear visibility during winter and rainy weather

How durable is the backing plate and how securely does it mount?

The mirror backing plate is molded from ABS plastic rated for a wide temperature range, so it resists cracking and deformation in both hot and cold climates. The plate is engineered to hold the glass firmly even at highway speeds, providing the same stability you expect from factory parts.

• ABS material tolerant from -40°C to 100°C
• Precision fit minimizes vibration at high speeds (tested stability at typical highway velocities)
• Robust mounting interface matches factory mounting points

How easy is it to install this mirror glass myself?

Installation is designed for DIY mechanics: the replacement includes a heating socket and rear holder, plus tools and clear instructions. The part is plug-and-play for vehicles with factory heated mirrors; no special adhesives or housings are required beyond the supplied components.

• Includes step-by-step instructions, tools, and an installation video link
• Plug-in heating connector matches the original wiring harness
• No professional calibration or special equipment needed for fitment

Who is this for: Drivers of Dodge Ram 1500 or 2500 trucks from 2013–2018 who need a reliable, cost-effective replacement for a damaged right-side mirror glass, want to restore heated mirror functionality, or prefer a direct-fit OE-style part for safety and appearance. It suits owners who favor DIY repair and want a durable ABS-backed glass that holds up in harsh climates.
