SUCOSO M14×1.25 Lug Bolts 20pcs — 45mm Shank Cone Seat, 10.9 Grade Rust-Resistant for BMW

These SUCOSO 20-piece M14×1.25 lug bolts with a 45mm shank and cone seat are engineered to replace factory wheel fasteners for select BMW models and to use with wheel spacers when the vehicle thread and seat match.

Engineered for precision fitment and corrosion resistance, these lug bolts are machined from SCM435 alloy steel, coated with eco-friendly dacromet, heat-treated to a 10.9 grade, and tested to withstand 72 hours in salt spray. Each set contains 20 bolts with clear, CNC-cut M14×1.25 threads and a 45mm shank length to handle deeper hub engagement required by spacers or certain aftermarket wheels. Before purchase, verify your vehicle uses M14×1.25 threaded fasteners with a conical (cone) seat to ensure compatibility.

Will these lug bolts fit my BMW model?

They fit BMW applications that use M14×1.25 threads and a conical seat. Common compatible chassis include 2012–2018 F20, 2014–2020 F22/F23/F45/F46, 2012–2018 F30, 2010–2016 F10, 2011–2016 F12, 2008–2014 F01, and 2010–2016 F25, among others.

• Thread pitch: M14×1.25 — confirm with factory spec or existing bolt.
• Seat type: cone seat — check wheel/adapter seat profile.
• Shank length: 45mm — suitable for spacer or thicker wheel hubs.
• Quantity: 20 pieces — covers full set plus spares for multi-wheel installs.

How are these lug bolts built to resist corrosion and wear?

SUCOSO uses CNC machining for consistent threads and applies a dacromet coating to boost corrosion resistance without heavy plating. Bolts are heat-treated to a 10.9 strength grade and undergo a 72-hour salt spray test for enhanced durability in road conditions.

• Material: SCM435 alloy steel for tensile strength and toughness.
• Coating: eco-friendly dacromet resists rust better than plain zinc.
• Testing: 72-hour salt spray test documented for corrosion protection.
• Strength: heat-treated to 10.9 grade for high-load applications.

What should I know about installation and safety?

Threading is CNC-cut for a clean fit and straightforward hand-installation. SUCOSO advises using a hand wrench to torque bolts rather than an impact gun, and to follow vehicle or spacer torque specifications to avoid over- or under-tightening.

• Installation: hand wrench recommended; do not use power impact wrench.
• Fit check: ensure threads are clean, aligned, and not cross-threaded.
• Torque: follow manufacturer torque spec for your wheel or spacer.
• Support: SUCOSO provides technical advice for installation questions.

Can these bolts be used with wheel spacers?

Yes — the 45mm shank length is intended to accommodate many spacer setups, providing enough engagement for safe clamping when the correct thread pitch and seat are matched. Always confirm spacer thickness and required bolt length before installing.

• Shank length: 45mm helps secure wheels with spacers.
• Compatibility check: match spacer hub bore and seat to cone seat bolts.
• Safety tip: ensure at least the minimum thread engagement recommended by spacer maker.
• Quantity: 20 bolts cover four wheels plus extras for multi-piece wheels.

Who is this for: These SUCOSO lug bolts are designed for BMW owners, aftermarket wheel fitters, and enthusiasts who need reliable M14×1.25 fasteners for wheels or spacer installs. Choose this set if your vehicle and wheels require 14×1.25 thread pitch with a conical seat, you want higher-strength 10.9-grade hardware, and you prefer bolts with improved corrosion protection and precise, CNC-cut threads.
