SUONE Quick Hitch Adapter Sleeve Category 1, Carbon Steel — 2 Height Options

SUONE's Quick Hitch Adapter Sleeve is a heavy-duty, one-piece Category 1 adapter that converts Level 1 three-point quick-connect fittings to work with non-ASABE-standard attachments.

This adapter sleeve lets operators pair Level 1 quick-hitch tractors with implements that otherwise wouldn't match the standard coupling dimensions. Built from high-carbon steel and made by integral casting, the adapter provides a solid, precision fit for snowplows, sweepers, lawn equipment, and a wide range of medium-to-large agricultural tools. The unit ships with a steel sleeve and is offered in sizes designed to accommodate common top-link bracket differences so you can attach nonstandard accessories without modifying the implement or tractor.

How does the SUONE adapter change compatibility between implements?

The adapter bridges dimensional gaps by providing an internal sleeve and specific external widths that match Category 1 quick-hitch geometry. Instead of altering your tractor or implement, you install the adapter on the top link bracket so the mating parts align securely.

• Internal width: 2-13/16" to seat a Level 1 pin securely.
• External width: 3-13/16" to fit non-ASABE style attachments.
• Includes a pipe sleeve (0.79" ID, 2.76" long) for secure pin fitment.
• Supplies two height options to suit different bracket profiles.

What materials and manufacturing methods ensure durability?

This quick-hitch adapter is made from heavy carbon steel and produced through a one-piece integral casting process. That approach removes weld seams that can become failure points, delivering uniform strength and a tidier finish that resists stress and corrosion in heavy use environments.

• Heavy carbon steel construction for compression and rust resistance.
• Integral casting (no welded joints) for increased structural integrity.
• High-precision machining for long-term reliable engagement.
• Coating or finish options increase weather and abrasion protection.

How do I install and verify the fit on my tractor or implement?

Installation is straightforward: slide the adapter onto the top link bracket and secure the pin through the supplied sleeve to achieve correct alignment. After mounting, cycle the hitch through its normal range of motion and visually confirm pins and sleeves remain seated without side-to-side play.

• Slide adapter over the top link bracket and align pin holes.
• Insert the supplied pipe sleeve (0.79" ID) and secure with your hitch pin.
• Check both heights if applicable to ensure proper clearance.
• Test by lifting and angling the implement to confirm stable engagement.

Who this is for: The SUONE Quick Hitch Adapter Sleeve is aimed at farmers, landscapers, snow-removal contractors, and equipment owners who need a rugged, no-alteration solution to mate Category 1 quick-hitch tractors with nonstandard implements. If you want a heavy-duty, precision-fit adapter that reduces downtime and avoids permanent modifications to your tractor or tools, this product gives a dependable mechanical interface backed by a one-year warranty.
