Super Stars Digital Manifold Gauge for AC Charging — Backlit LCD, ±0.5% Accuracy & NIST Refrigerant Database

The Super Stars HVAC Digital Manifold Gauge is a backlit, battery-powered diagnostic and charging tool that measures pressure, vacuum and refrigerant temperatures for a wide range of systems.

Built for field technicians and HVAC enthusiasts, this digital manifold converts pressure into evaporation and condensation temperatures using a built-in NIST refrigerant database and supports 24 common refrigerants. Its clear LCD backlight, ergonomic housing, and ±0.5% full-scale accuracy help you read and log system conditions quickly, whether you're charging, leak-testing, or performing vacuum checks on air conditioning and heat pump systems.

How accurate and reliable are the measurements?

The gauge delivers precision readings across pressure and vacuum ranges with ±0.5% FS accuracy, and it displays values in multiple units for flexibility. The internal refrigerant lookup converts pressure to temperature so you can evaluate system performance without manual charts.

• Pressure range: -101 to 6000 kPa for broad system compatibility
• Unit options: kPa, MPa, bar, PSI and others for technician preference
• Built-in NIST refrigerant list for instant evaporating/condensing temps
• Calibration-quality accuracy of ±0.5% FS for consistent diagnostics

Which refrigerants and jobs does this gauge support?

This manifold supports 24 refrigerants including R22, R134A, R410A, R32, R404A, R507, R1234YF and R454B—covering most residential and light-commercial systems. Use it for charging, pressure checks, vacuum verification and timed leak testing on compatible systems.

• Common refrigerants: R134A, R410A, R32, R22 and modern blends like R1234YF
• Application scope: charging, system evaluation, leak detection, vacuum measurement
• Transforms pressure readings to EV/CO temperatures instantly for faster decisions
• 1/4" SAE ports fit standard service hoses and connectors

What safety and usability features help on the job?

The device combines a rugged housing with a user-friendly layout so you can operate it single-handedly in tight spaces. The backlit LCD and automatic power-saving mode ensure readability and longer battery life during on-site work.

• Durable, high-strength casing resists drops and jobsite wear
• Large backlit LCD for visibility in low light and cramped equipment rooms
• Ergonomic grip and intuitive buttons for one-handed operation
• Complies with international safety standards and runs on batteries for portability

How do the leak test and vacuum features improve workflow?

Leak detection with Δp and timer monitoring helps you verify holds and track pressure decay over time, while vacuum mode confirms deep evacuation before charging. These modes reduce guesswork and speed up troubleshooting and maintenance routines.

• Leak test: measures pressure drop (Δp) and records elapsed time for clarity
• Vacuum measurement: confirms evacuation depth prior to refrigerant charge
• Automatic unit conversion and refrigerant lookup limit manual calculations
• Compact, lightweight design for fast transport between service calls

Who is this for? HVAC technicians, maintenance contractors, refrigeration specialists and serious DIYers who need a portable, accurate manifold for charging and diagnosing air conditioning and heat pump systems will appreciate this tool. It's especially useful when you need fast conversion from pressure to refrigerant temperatures, reliable leak and vacuum checks, and a tough but lightweight gauge that performs reliably in real-world jobsite conditions.
