TECTEK Rigid MOLLE Panel for Motorcycle Top Case, Medium 9.06×5.51 in — Black Aluminum, Heavy-Duty Organizer

TECTEK's Medium Rigid MOLLE Panel is a 9.06×5.51 inch aluminum-alloy tactical inner/side panel designed to add durable, modular storage to motorcycle top cases and a variety of vehicle or gear applications.

This compact, heavy-duty panel replaces fragile ABS inserts with a black-coated aluminum alloy plate built to resist heat, aging, bending and breakage. It mounts inside trunks, top boxes or other cargo areas to provide a rigid MOLLE surface for attaching pouches, tools and quick-access items. The low-profile 1-piece design ships with mounting screws and four pre-marked hole positions, letting you secure the panel where extra organization or reinforcement is needed.

How will this panel expand usable storage in my motorcycle trunk?

The TECTEK panel creates an organized vertical mounting surface inside a top case or side compartment so you can carry tools, holders and pouches without losing floor space. Attaching items to the panel keeps gear visible and reachable without digging through loose luggage.

• Dimensions: 9.06 × 5.51 inches for compact fit inside most trunks.
• MOLLE/grid pattern accepts straps, pouches and clips.
• Frees up floor area for helmets or bulkier items.
• Ideal for storing shovels, hammers, cup holders, small tools and first-response gear.

How rugged is the material and will it outlast plastic alternatives?

Constructed from an aluminum alloy with a protective black coating, the panel resists deformation, high temperatures and the wear that commonly cracks ABS plastic inserts. Its rigid metal body keeps its shape under load and in varied climates, giving it longer service life for demanding outdoor use.

• Heat-resistant and anti-aging alloy construction.
• Black coating helps protect against corrosion and abrasions.
• Suitable for heavy-duty and repeated mounting cycles.
• Maintains structural integrity when used as an inner support or organizer.

What vehicles and setups are compatible with this TECTEK panel?

The panel is intentionally versatile: it works inside motorcycle top cases but can also be adapted for patrol cars, scooters, SUVs, trucks, or even backpacks and sun visor organizers. Installation requires drilling aligned holes, giving you flexibility to place it wherever a rigid MOLLE surface is helpful.

• Fits a wide range of motorcycle trunks and top boxes.
• Can be mounted inside trucks, SUVs, patrol vehicles and cruisers.
• Also usable as a stiff inner panel for outdoor backpacks or visor organizers.
• Supplied screws allow firm attachment after drilling matching holes.

How easy is installation, and what tools are required?

Installation is straightforward but requires basic tools: you align the panel's four hole positions, drill matching holes in the case or surface, then secure it with the included screws. The process gives a secure, load-rated installation for camping, work or emergency use.

• Includes installation screws for a finished assembly.
• Requires drilling and basic hand tools (drill, driver, measuring tool).
• Four-hole mounting pattern for stable attachment.
• Once mounted, supports modular nylon webbing, elastic bands and Velcro accessories.
