TEMSONE Motorcycle Fork Seal Driver Kit 14-Pc — 35/36 to 49/50mm Nylon Adapters, Carry Case

TEMSONE's 14-piece fork seal driver kit gives you the correct-sized, wear-resistant nylon adapters and a compact case to install and remove motorcycle fork seals cleanly and quickly.

If you service forks at home or in a small workshop, having precision-fit drivers speeds seal replacement and reduces the risk of scratching fork legs. This set includes six matched adapter diameters that cover common fork bore sizes plus the handle and accessories, all stored in a tough plastic case so each piece stays organized and protected from moisture and damage.

Which fork sizes are included and how do they match my motorcycle?

This kit covers six paired diameters: 35/36, 40/41, 42/43, 45/46, 47/48, and 49/50 mm. Each adapter is designed to give even pressure across the seal lip for those bore ranges, making it compatible with many sportbikes, cruisers, dirt bikes and scooters. Always measure your fork outer seal diameter or check service specs before ordering.

• Six nylon adapters for 35–50 mm ranges
• Fits most common OEM fork sealing surfaces
• Simple cross-reference: measure fork tube outer diameter

How does the nylon construction protect my fork legs?

The drivers are molded from abrasion-resistant nylon that resists marring and spreads installation force evenly. Compared with metal-only tools or improvised PVC tubes, nylon minimizes scratching and helps the seal slide into place rather than binding. That reduces the chance of leaks caused by a damaged seal lip or scoring on the fork.

• Wear-resistant nylon minimizes cosmetic and functional damage
• Non-marring surface helps seals seat without binding
• Lightweight yet durable for repeated use

What comes in the carrying case and how does it improve workflow?

The kit is supplied in a sturdy plastic storage box with molded slots to keep each adapter and the handle secured and easy to find. Organized storage prevents moisture exposure, reduces loss of small parts, and makes the set portable for roadside or trackside work. Clear spacing speeds up tool selection so you can complete the job faster.

• Rigid plastic case with compartmented layout
• All 14 pieces stored for transport and protection
• Quick visual selection reduces downtime on installs

Can this kit remove old seals or is it only for installation?

The set is intended primarily for installing fork seals, but its handle and adapters can assist controlled removal in many situations when used carefully. For stubborn or corroded seals, pair the kit with appropriate pry tools and a service manual to avoid damage. Keep safety and correct technique in mind to prevent harm to forks or yourself.

• Main purpose: even, non-damaging seal installation
• Can aid removal when used correctly and gently
• Not a substitute for specialized pullers for seized seals
