TOEASYTY Heavy American Flag Trailer Hitch Cover for 2" Receivers — Blue Line, 5x3in Stainless with 5/8" Lock

TOEASYTY's Heavy American Flag Trailer Hitch Cover is a stainless-steel 5 x 3-inch insert built for standard 2" receivers, featuring a blue-line flag finish and a 5/8" keyed lock to secure the cover from theft.

This heavy-duty tow hitch cover combines patriotic styling with engineered durability for trucks, SUVs, jeeps and cars that use a standard 2-inch receiver. The cover ships with a 5/8-inch diameter trailer hitch pin and a keyed lock (two keys included), and the metal face is electroplated and coated to resist fading and corrosion. It’s made to maintain appearance and fit through road vibration, weather exposure, and regular towing use while signaling support with the subdued blue-line flag motif.

Will this hitch cover fit my vehicle’s receiver?

Yes — the TOEASYTY hitch cover is sized for standard 2-inch trailer hitch receivers common on most trucks, SUVs and many cars. The 5 x 3-inch decorative plate tucks into the receiver and secures with the included 5/8-inch pin and keyed lock.

• Designed specifically for 2" (50.8 mm) receivers
• Plate dimensions: 5 x 3 inches for a clean, visible fit
• Includes 5/8" hitch pin compatible with standard receiver holes
• Two keys included for the keyed locking mechanism

How tough is the construction, and how does it hold up outside?

The cover is crafted from high-quality stainless steel and finished with electroplating plus a protective coating to limit wear, rust and fading. The materials and finish are chosen to resist road salt, rain and UV exposure while keeping the Blue Line design crisp over time.

• Stainless-steel plate resists rust and structural corrosion
• Electroplated and coated surface for color retention
• Heavy construction reduces flex or bending from road impact
• Locking pin prevents rattling on rough roads

How secure is the hitch cover against theft and road vibration?

Security is handled by the included 5/8-inch trailer hitch lock with a tight keyed mechanism that prevents loosening or removal while driving. The lock is built to withstand force without bending and stops the cover from shaking, offering stronger theft deterrence than a simple friction-fit plug.

• Sturdy keyed lock included for theft protection
• Tight locking mechanism reduces movement and rattling
• Two keys supplied so you have a spare
• Lock and pin sized to standard receiver hole for a snug fit
