Tornador CT-190 Nozzle Replacement Cone for Z-010/Z-014 — Stainless-Lined Classic Nozzle for Consistent Airflow

The Tornador CT-190 is a stainless-steel–lined replacement cone that restores consistent airflow and longer life to Tornador Z-010 and Z-014 cleaning tools.

The CT-190 Classic Nozzle is a drop-in replacement cone engineered to bring steady rotation and improved durability to Tornador cleaning guns. Its inner stainless lining reduces interior residue buildup and helps the nozzle keep stable airflow for interior detailing tasks. Lightweight and simple to install, this cone was designed to match the original fit while upgrading wear resistance over plain plastic cones.

How does the stainless steel lining improve performance?

The internal metal sleeve creates a smoother, more wear-resistant bore that resists material buildup and friction. That steadier interior surface helps the compressed air rotate cleaning attachments more reliably, which keeps cleaning patterns consistent across repeated uses. You’ll notice reduced clogging and a more predictable spray pattern in tight spaces and vents.

• Smoother interior reduces residue accumulation
• Lower friction helps maintain rotational airflow
• More consistent spray pattern for seams and vents
• Less frequent maintenance compared with plain plastic cones

Will the CT-190 fit my Tornador Z-010 or Z-014 tool?

Yes — the CT-190 is made as a direct replacement for the Classic Nozzle used on Tornador Z-010 and Z-014 models. It installs quickly and seats securely to form the same tight connection as the original cone, restoring correct alignment and operation. No special adapters or tools are needed for typical replacement.

• Direct replacement geometry for Z-010 and Z-014
• Quick, tool-free swap in most cases
• Tight seal to prevent air leaks during operation
• Compatible with standard Tornador cleaning attachments

How durable is this nozzle compared to standard plastic cones?

The stainless-steel interior lengthens the service life of the cone by resisting wear where airflow and debris contact the material most. While the exterior still uses resilient components to preserve weight and fit, the internal metal lining prevents rapid erosion that can degrade performance. The result is a nozzle that maintains shape and airflow characteristics through many more cleaning cycles.

• Internal metal resists erosion and wear
• Maintains shape and rotation over extended use
• Reduces frequency of replacement parts
• Cost-effective upgrade for high-use shops

What cleaning results can I expect with the CT-190?

By stabilizing the internal airflow, the cone helps the tool deliver repeatable agitation that lifts dust, dirt, and debris from upholstery, air vents, and seams. You’ll get cleaner, faster passes in confined areas and a reduced chance of nozzle-related performance issues. This makes detailing work more efficient and less disruptive to workflow.

• Improved lift of dust and debris from tight areas
• More consistent cleaning action on fabrics and plastics
• Less downtime for nozzle maintenance or replacement
• Better reliability in professional detailing environments

Who is this for: The Tornador CT-190 is ideal for detail shops, fleet maintenance, and serious DIYers who use Tornador Z-010 or Z-014 tools regularly and want a simple upgrade to reduce wear and keep airflow consistent. If you need dependable, repeatable cleaning performance with less downtime for part swaps, this stainless-lined replacement cone is a practical, affordable choice.
