TOWKING 2500 lb Dual 6" Trailer Jack Swivel Caster - 2" Tube Mount, Heavy-Duty Powder-Coated Wheels

TOWKING's 2500lbs Dual 6" Trailer Jack Swivel Caster is a heavy-duty replacement wheel assembly that mounts to 2" jack tubes to make moving trailers and boats far easier.

Whether you're repositioning a stored trailer, launching a boat, or maneuvering a camper into a tight spot, this swivel caster from TOWKING gives you a sturdy, mobile solution. Built to SAE standards, the assembly combines dual spoked 6" wheels, a reinforced bracket, and a weather-resistant finish to handle demanding loads without binding or excessive wear.

How much load can this caster safely handle?

The TOWKING caster is rated for a 2,500 lbs capacity, designed to support heavy trailers and boats when used as intended. Its load rating reflects the combined strength of the dual-wheel configuration and reinforced bracket rather than a single-wheel limit.

• 2,500 lbs maximum load capacity.
• Dual 6" spoked wheels improve weight distribution.
• Reinforced bracket reduces flex under load.
• Meets SAE manufacturing standards for quality and safety.

Will this fit my trailer's jack tube?

This swivel caster is made to attach to standard 2" diameter jack tubes. Installation is straightforward: slide onto the tube and secure with the appropriate pin or bolt hardware compatible with your jack.

• Accepts 2" diameter jack tubes (nominal size).
• Slides on for quick installation and removal.
• Compatible with common pin/bolt retention methods.
• Check tube wall thickness and clearance before installing.

What makes the dual 6" spoked wheels better than a single wheel?

Dual spoked wheels spread load across two contact points, lowering rolling resistance and improving stability when steering or turning a trailer. The spoked design sheds debris and reduces water drag compared with solid wheels.

• Two wheels share the load for smoother movement.
• Spoked construction reduces trapping of dirt and water.
• Enhanced lateral stability during swiveling maneuvers.
• Better durability under repeated use and heavy loads.

How does the caster stand up to weather and corrosion?

TOWKING constructed this caster from high-strength steel with a powder-coated finish to resist surface corrosion and everyday exposure. The reinforced bracket and dual side plates add mechanical resilience so components stay aligned despite rough conditions.

• Powder-coated surface for rust and weather resistance.
• High-strength steel core for structural longevity.
• Dual side plates per wheel for extra support and stability.
• Manufactured to SAE standards for consistent quality control.

Who is this for: This swivel caster suits trailer owners, boaters, RV enthusiasts, and fleet managers who need a robust, easy-to-install mobility upgrade for 2" jack tubes. It's ideal when you want higher load capacity, improved maneuverability, and a corrosion-resistant finish for seasonal storage yards, marinas, or home driveways. Always confirm jack tube dimensions and mounting hardware compatibility before purchase.
