• Mechanical construction simplifies installation and long-term serviceability.

What should I know before buying and installing this pump?

Verify compatibility by comparing your current pump’s OEM number and the listed fitments; correct fitment prevents fuel delivery problems and premature failure. Installation can require basic mechanical skills and fuel-system precautions—if you’re not comfortable working with fuel components, have a qualified technician install it for safety and reliability.

• Confirm OEM numbers: replace 2520227, 3085275, 3084692, 3088070.
• Follow safety steps: disconnect battery, relieve fuel pressure, and work in a ventilated area.
• Use new clamps and gaskets as needed to avoid leaks and ensure a secure fit.
• Professional installation is recommended for those unfamiliar with fuel systems.

How long can I expect this pump to last and how do I maintain it?

Service life depends on operating conditions, fuel quality, and maintenance habits. Maintaining clean fuel, replacing clogged filters, and avoiding extended exposure to water or debris will extend pump life and preserve consistent performance.

• Use quality fuel and change fuel filters per vehicle maintenance intervals.
• Inspect hoses, clamps and electrical connections periodically for wear.
• Avoid running on contaminated or old fuel to reduce internal wear.
• Address fuel delivery symptoms—stuttering, hard starts—early to prevent secondary damage.
