VAZESWIN UTV Light Bar Mounts 2 PCS — Adjustable 6061-T6 Aluminum Clamp for Roll Bars with TPU Inserts

These are a pair of adjustable VAZESWIN aluminum light bar mounts designed to clamp to round roll bars and tubular racks for secure off-road lighting installation.

Whether you're fitting LED light bars to a UTV, ATV, Jeep, truck or boat, the VAZESWIN 2 PCS UTV Light Bar Mounts provide a corrosion-resistant, CNC-machined clamp system that adapts to multiple tube diameters. Built from 6061-T6 aluminum with a hard anodized finish and rubber inserts, the brackets combine a low-profile hinge with a simple single-bolt installation for fast, repeatable mounting.

How do these mounts attach to my roll cage or roof rack?

The mounts use a single-bolt hinge that opens and clamps around round tubing, secured by a screw and two pressure washers for added grip. TPU rubber inserts offer a snug fit for a range of diameters and eliminate metal-to-metal slipping.

• Single-bolt hinge for quick clamp-and-lock installation.
• Two pressure washers on the fastener to increase holding force.
• Includes allen wrench so you can install or remove without extra tools.
• Rubber inserts prevent vibration and protect tubing finish.

Will these fit the diameter of my tube or bull bar?

Yes — the set includes four sizes of TPU soft rubber ring inserts plus a no-insert option to cover a wide range of tube diameters. Measure your tube first to choose the correct insert combination for a tight, secure mount.

• Included insert sizes: 1.5" (38.1 mm), 1.75" (44.45 mm), 1.85" (46.99 mm), 2" (50.8 mm).
• Without insert the clamp fits ~2.1" (53.34 mm) diameter tubing.
• Works with bull bars, grille guards, roof racks, and roll cages.
• Universal compatibility across many off-road and marine tubular frames.

What light bars and adjustment range are supported?

The mounts accept light bars with an 8 mm mounting hole and provide about 48 mm of lateral adjustment to fine-tune placement. That range lets you center, offset, or slightly angle the bar for beam alignment.

• Compatibility with most LED light bars that use 8 mm hardware.
• 48 mm adjustment span for positioning along the clamp axis.
• CNC-machined clamp face ensures consistent alignment.
• Hard anodized finish resists oxidation in outdoor conditions.

How durable and weather-resistant are these brackets?

Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a grade III hard anodize, the brackets resist corrosion and wear typical of off-road use. TPU inserts absorb vibration and reduce metal fatigue at the contact points.

• 6061-T6 aluminum body for high strength-to-weight ratio.
• III grade hard anodized surface for oxidation and weather resistance.
• TPU rubber inserts protect tube finish and dampen vibration.
• CNC machining for precise fit and repeatable clamp geometry.

Who is this for: These VAZESWIN light bar mounts are aimed at off-road enthusiasts, UTV/ATV owners, Jeep and truck operators, and anyone who needs a reliable clamp solution for mounting LED light bars to round tubing. If you want a corrosion-resistant, adjustable bracket set that installs quickly and protects your roll bars while offering broad tube diameter compatibility, this pack of two provides a practical, durable mounting option. Remember to measure your tube diameter before purchase to confirm fit.
