VIVOHOME A2L Vacuum Pump & 4-Way Manifold Gauge Set — 1/2 HP 5 CFM Dual‑Stage Sparkproof

VIVOHOME A2L dual-stage vacuum pump and 4-way manifold gauge set is a sparkproof, portable HVAC evacuation kit engineered for A2L refrigerants and common service tasks.

This compact kit pairs a 1/2 HP (375 W) dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with a four-way manifold gauge assembly and color-coded hoses, designed to speed evacuation while protecting components and technicians. Its sparkless ignition-proof motor and robust filtration make it suitable for modern low-flammability refrigerants such as R32 and R1234yf, while adapters and multiple ports offer broad system compatibility. Whether you are servicing residential split systems or performing refrigerant recovery, this set balances power, accuracy, and convenience.

How quickly and deeply can this pump evacuate a system?

The A2L pump delivers 5 CFM airflow and reaches deep vacuum levels rapidly thanks to its dual-stage design. Typical evacuation to 0.2 Pa (measured under ideal conditions) can be achieved in minutes, making it efficient for appliance and HVAC servicing.

• 1/2 HP (375 W) motor running at 3456 r/min for steady suction
• 5 CFM rated airflow for faster pull-down
• Dual-stage rotary vane construction for lower ultimate pressure
• 0.2 Pa achievable vacuum in approximately 3 minutes under optimal conditions

What safety and noise-reduction features protect technicians and equipment?

Safety is built into the pump with an ignition-proof switch and sparkless motor to reduce ignition risk with A2L refrigerants. Motor current protection avoids overloads, while a multi-layer filtration and oil-mist capture system reduces emissions and helps keep the workspace cleaner.

• Sparkless, explosion-proof motor assembly suitable for A2L refrigerants
• 304 stainless steel coarse filter and metal exhaust cotton for oil capture
• Motor current protection to prevent overheating and phase loss
• Noise-reduction measures lower operating sound to under 65 dB

Which refrigerants and system connections are supported?

The kit includes multiple ports, adapters, and color-coded hoses to work with a wide range of refrigerants and fittings. It supports modern low-GWP refrigerants plus legacy types, making it a flexible choice for mixed-service environments.

• Compatible with R32, R1234yf, R410A, R134a, R12, R22, and R502
• Dual 1/2" ACME and 1/4" SAE service ports for common hoses
• Included adapters: two 1/4" male to 5/16" female, one 1/4" male to 1/2" female, and one left-hand 1/4" male to 1/2" female
• Four color-coded hoses (red/blue/yellow/black) with triple-layer reinforcement and leak-proof seals

How accurate and durable is the included manifold gauge set?

The manifold gauges are built for consistent readings and field durability. An oil-filled core supports ±1.6% accuracy, while shock-resistant construction and a rubber-wrapped aluminum body protect internals during transport and use.

• ±1.6% reading accuracy with oil-filled core and dry dial
• Large sight glass and color-coded dials for quick monitoring
• Zero-setting calibration screw and shock-resistant internal design
• Convenient hook for hands-free operation on equipment

Who is this for? This VIVOHOME A2L vacuum pump and manifold gauge set is aimed at HVAC technicians, contractors, and advanced DIYers who service refrigerant-based systems and need a portable, safety-minded evacuation solution. It is particularly useful for shops or field techs handling A2L refrigerants and mixed-service workloads, combining fast pull-down performance, adaptable connections, and reliable gauges for routine maintenance, recovery, or diagnostic work.
