Vonixx Izer Iron Remover spray 16.9 oz — pH-neutral, color-changing fallout cleaner for wheels & paint

If you see tiny dark specks, brake dust stains, or rusty dots on wheels, paint or chrome, these are often embedded iron particles that standard soap won’t remove. Vonixx Izer is formulated to target metallic fallout and iron deposits safely across multiple exterior surfaces without using harsh acids. The product changes color as it reacts with iron, so you can confirm it’s working while protecting clear coats and finished metal when used as directed.

How does Vonixx Izer reveal and remove iron contamination?

Vonixx Izer contains chelating agents that bind to iron particles and dissolve them from the surface; the formula is pH-neutral and non-acidic to reduce risk to finishes. A purple color appears where iron is present, giving a clear visual signal that contaminants are being neutralized.

• Turns purple on contact with iron and metallic fallout for visual confirmation.
• Chelates and loosens embedded iron particles for easier rinsing or rinseless removal.
• Safe for repeated use when applied according to instructions to maintain finish integrity.

Can I use it on wheels, paint and chrome without damage?

Yes — the ready-to-use, non-acidic formulation is designed for wheels, painted surfaces, clear coats, chrome, and aluminum. It removes iron and helps reduce oxidation risks while remaining gentle enough for routine decontamination when rinsed properly.

• Approved for clear-coated and single-stage paints as well as chrome and aluminum surfaces.
• Removes rust spots and metallic fallout from wheels and brake components.
• Rinse thoroughly after reaction to avoid residue; follow vehicle care sequence for best results.

What practical steps make treatment effective and safe?

Work on a cool surface out of direct sunlight for consistent results. Spray a liberal, even coat, wait until the purple reaction is visible, agitate lightly if needed, then rinse thoroughly; a second application can be used for heavy contamination.

• Apply to cool surfaces and avoid letting product dry on paint or trim.
• Allow color-change reaction, then agitate lightly with a soft brush for wheels or textured surfaces.
• Rinse completely with water and follow with washing or decontamination steps as needed.

Will Vonixx Izer help with rust spots and engine bay metal components?

Vonixx Izer is formulated to reduce iron staining and can help improve the appearance of rust or oxidation on chrome and exposed metal when used carefully. For severe rust or structural corrosion, mechanical repair or professional restoration is recommended.

• Effectively treats light surface rust and iron staining on chrome and metal trim.
• Can be applied to engine bay metal parts to remove iron fallout with cautious rinsing and drying.
• Not a substitute for heavy rust repair; consult a restoration professional for deep corrosion.

Who is this for? Vonixx Izer is made for car owners, detailers and wheel enthusiasts who want a reliable, visual way to remove iron contamination without aggressive acids. It suits anyone maintaining daily drivers, show cars, or regularly serviced fleet vehicles who needs a safe, easy-to-use iron remover for wheels, paint, chrome and aluminum.
