The WATERWICH DC12V 2" blue digital voltmeter is a compact, plug-and-play LED gauge that continuously displays your vehicle’s battery and charging system voltage for quick, reliable monitoring.
This 52mm (2-inch) digital volt gauge combines a bright blue LED readout with a simple wiring harness so you can mount a clear, high-visibility voltage indicator on your car, truck, SUV, or other 12V vehicle. It measures system voltage across an 8–18V operating range and includes a red warning light that activates when voltage falls below a predefined level, giving drivers a straightforward electrical status reference day or night.
The gauge reads the vehicle’s electrical system voltage in real time and shows it on a three-digit blue LED display. If the voltage drops under 11.5V the built-in red warning lamp illuminates, alerting you to potential undercharging or battery drain. The display requires at least 6.7V to illuminate, and accuracy across normal automotive conditions lets you spot charging faults promptly.
The kit arrives ready for straightforward installation: instrument, integrated wiring harness, and instructions. No separate sensor is required — connect the supplied wires to a switched 12V source, ground, and the sense line as detailed in the instructions. Many users mount it into a 52mm dash hole for a clean, factory-style look.
The bright blue LED display provides high contrast both day and night, and the form factor is built for vehicle environments. Angled or low-light viewing is practical thanks to the intense backlight; the compact bezel resists road vibration and fits in crowded panels. It’s intended for automotive use across cars, SUVs, and trucks and tolerates the typical temperature and vibration levels encountered on the road.
The display provides a precise voltage readout within its specified range, offering useful reference for routine checks and troubleshooting. It’s not a lab-grade instrument but is accurate enough to identify undercharging, overcharging, or a failing alternator/battery that needs further testing. Use it as an early warning and pair with a full diagnostic when a persistent issue appears.
This WATERWICH DC12V voltmeter is ideal for drivers and vehicle owners who want continuous, easy-to-read monitoring of their 12V electrical system without extra sensors or complicated installation. If you regularly use older vehicles, tow, run accessory loads, or simply prefer having an always-on voltage indicator in the dash, this compact 2" LED gauge gives timely visible feedback to help you spot charging or battery problems before they worsen.
Q: Does the voltmeter need an external sensor?
A: No, the WATERWICH gauge uses its built-in sensing and includes the wiring harness—no separate sensor required.
Q: What voltage range does this meter measure?
A: It measures and displays voltages between 8 and 18 volts on DC12V systems.
