WheelX Mechanic Creeper 36in Foldable 3-in-1 Rolling Work Platform — 6 Wheels, 340 lb Capacity

The WheelX Mechanic Creeper is a 36-inch, foldable 3-in-1 rolling work platform that converts between lying, sitting and leaning positions for under-car repairs and garage tasks.

Designed for hobbyists and professional technicians, this compact, durable creeper offers a stainless-steel frame, thick padded cushion and six TPR rubber casters for smooth movement across concrete and workshop floors. Its quick-pin adjustment switches modes in seconds, while water- and oil-resistant materials make cleanup fast after greasy tasks. At 36" long and rated for up to 340 pounds, it balances portability with a stable working surface.

How quickly can I switch between lying, sitting and leaning modes?

Mode changes are tool-free and fast: pull the secure pin, reposition the padded support and reinsert the pin to lock the new configuration. The mechanism is designed for repeated use and keeps the platform stable in each mode so you can move from inspection to repair without extra equipment.

• Quick-release pin for fast transitions
• Three stable positions: lay down, sit, lean
• Folding design for compact storage

Will the creeper hold up to heavy use and heavier users?

The WheelX creeper uses a robust stainless-steel frame rated to support up to 340 pounds, giving you confidence when handling parts or shifting positions. The thick cushion resists permanent deformation so it remains comfortable through many jobs, and the outer material resists oil and water to withstand workshop environments.

• 340 lb rated stainless-steel frame
• Durable, pressure-resistant cushioning
• Oil- and water-resistant cover for easy maintenance

How do the wheels perform on different garage floors?

Six TPR rubber casters provide low rolling resistance and improved load distribution, so the creeper glides smoothly over concrete, tile and painted floors. The wheels have elasticity to absorb small bumps and resist wear, which helps maintain maneuverability whether you’re under a car or moving between bays.

• TPR rubber casters for smooth rolling
• Six-wheel layout improves stability and balance
• Wear- and pressure-resistant for long life

How portable is it for moving and storage in a busy shop?

The 36" by 16.3" profile folds flat to minimize the footprint and fits easily on a shelf, in a van or tucked against a wall. Its lightweight construction paired with the folding feature makes it simple to carry between job sites without bulky tools or separate rolling seats.

• Folds down for compact storage
• Light enough for one-person transport
• 36" length balances coverage and portability

Who is this for? The WheelX Mechanic Creeper is suited to DIY car owners, home garage mechanics and professional techs who need a single, flexible platform for inspections, repairs and maintenance. It works well for tight undercar access, quick service tasks and as a comfortable rolling seat during longer jobs, and it’s a practical gift for anyone who spends time in the garage seeking durable, space-saving gear.
