Wizards Bug Release automotive bug remover spray — 22 fl oz spray, protein‑neutralizing formula for paint and glass

Wizards Bug Release is a 22 fl oz automotive spray that chemically breaks down insect proteins so bugs wipe away in about 60 seconds without heavy scrubbing.

Road grime, highway splatter and seasonal insect residue bond to paint, glass, chrome and plastic because of protein‑based acids. Wizards engineered Bug Release to neutralize those proteins instead of simply rinsing them away, so you can remove dried bugs faster and safer. Use it as a focused spot cleaner or as a front‑end prewash to reduce scrubbing and lower the risk of swirl marks.

How does Wizards Bug Release make dried insect residue easier to remove?

The formula targets the protein chemistry in bugs, softening and neutralizing the bond that holds residue to surfaces. That means residue lifts with a short dwell time and light wiping instead of aggressive scrubbing.

• Protein‑neutralizing chemistry breaks down acids in insect remains
• 60‑second soak time before wiping for fast results
• Reduces the need for abrasive contact that can cause micro‑scratches

Can I use it on different front‑end materials like paint, glass, and chrome?

Yes—Bug Release was formulated to be safe and effective across the common exterior surfaces exposed to bugs. It works on painted bumpers, metal grilles, plastic trim, motorcycle windshields and glass without requiring a separate product for each surface.

• Paint‑safe neutralization minimizes aggressive mechanical action
• Effective on chrome, stainless, plastic and glass surfaces
• Single solution for the full front end eliminates product juggling

What’s the best way to use Bug Release for the quickest, safest clean?

Spray the affected area until wet, allow the formula to penetrate for about 60 seconds, then wipe or rinse. For heavy contamination, use as a prewash soak before your normal wash step to prevent dragging dried insect residue across paint.

• Spot cleaner: spray, wait 60 seconds, wipe with microfiber
• Prewash: flood front end, let soak, then proceed with wash mitt
• Available in 22 oz spray for home use and gallon sizes for pros

Will Bug Release replace my degreaser or general car soap?

Bug Release is designed to complement, not replace, routine car wash products. It specializes in neutralizing insect proteins; degreasers and car soaps still serve for oils, tar, and overall cleaning during the wash stage.

• Use Bug Release first on insect‑soiled zones
• Follow with vehicle‑appropriate soap or degreaser for full cleaning
• Reduces scrubbing during the wash, protecting clearcoat

Who is this for: Wizards Bug Release is made for vehicle owners and detailers who want a faster, safer way to remove insect residue from the vehicle front end. It suits daily commuters, long‑distance drivers, motorcycle riders, and professional detail shops that prefer a single targeted product to handle paint, glass, trim and metal before the regular wash.
