YEHERIT Adjustable EFI Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit — 30–70 PSI, 6AN Fittings & PTFE Braided Hose

YEHERIT Adjustable EFI Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit is a universal, tunable fuel pressure regulator supplying precise 30–70 PSI control with 6AN fittings and PTFE braided hose for reliable EFI performance.

This kit is built for street and performance fuel systems that require consistent, adjustable pressure across a range of fuel types. The regulator’s wide 30–70 PSI adjustment range and bypass return design stabilize fuel delivery under varying loads, while the 6AN fittings and PTFE braided hose help prevent leaks and resist chemical wear. It supports gasoline, E85, ethanol, and methanol, making it suitable for many aftermarket EFI setups (not for diesel).

How does this regulator improve fuel system stability?

The YEHERIT regulator keeps fuel pressure steady by diverting excess fuel back to the tank through its bypass return design, reducing pressure spikes and fuel starvation during throttle changes. Stable pressure helps deliver consistent injector flow and smooth engine response without complicated plumbing.

• Adjustable range from 30 to 70 PSI for fine-tuning
• Bypass return maintains consistent system pressure
• Reduces injector flow variation during acceleration
• Simple mechanical design for reliable operation

Will this work with my fuel type and engine setup?

The regulator is compatible with gasoline and popular alcohol blends such as E85, ethanol, and methanol, making it adaptable for many performance and street applications. It is not rated for diesel use, and compatibility should be confirmed for exotic fuels or systems with specialized returnless designs.

• Works with gasoline, E85, ethanol, methanol
• Not suitable for diesel engines
• Designed for return-style EFI systems or setups with a return line
• Universal fit with 6AN fittings for common aftermarket plumbing

How durable and leak-resistant is the kit?

The kit uses 6AN fittings paired with a PTFE braided hose for chemical resistance and long-term durability; PTFE resists most fuels and additives, while 6AN fittings provide a secure, widely used connection standard. Proper installation and torque of fittings ensure a leak-free system even under high pressure.

• 6AN fittings for secure, industry-standard connections
• PTFE braided hose resists fuel degradation and swelling
• Constructed for repeated adjustment without loss of integrity
• Customer support and one-year product quality coverage

What adjustments or maintenance should I expect?

Setting the pressure is straightforward—use a calibrated gauge at the rail and tune between 30–70 PSI according to your engine and injector specifications. Periodic inspections of hose fittings and mounting hardware are recommended; replace the hose if you notice cracking, leaks, or chemical attack.

• Set pressure with a fuel pressure gauge at the rail
• Adjust within 30–70 PSI range to match injectors and fuel map
• Inspect fittings and hose periodically for wear or leaks
• Contact YEHERIT support within one year for product issues

Who is this for: The YEHERIT Adjustable EFI Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit is aimed at DIY tuners, performance enthusiasts, and professional installers upgrading or maintaining return-style EFI systems. It’s particularly useful for vehicles running upgraded fuel pumps or alternative fuels like E85, where precise pressure control and durable plumbing matter. If you need a universal, adjustable regulator with robust fittings and a corrosion-resistant hose for aftermarket EFI tuning, this kit is engineered to meet those demands.
