YEYETUO Aluminum Coolant Overflow Tank 800ml — Black Radiator Reservoir with O‑Ring Cap & Mount Kit

The YEYETUO 800ml coolant overflow tank is an aluminum radiator recovery reservoir built to control coolant levels, reduce leaks, and improve heat dissipation for most passenger vehicles.

This compact overflow tank replaces or upgrades stock recovery bottles to give your cooling system a more reliable place for expanding coolant. Machined from lightweight aluminum with a corrosion-resistant black finish, it sets aside excess fluid during engine warm-up and returns it to the radiator as the system cools. The unit includes mounting hardware, hose, clamps, and a sealed cap so you can install it quickly and with confidence.

How does this overflow tank affect engine cooling performance?

By providing a dedicated reservoir for expanding coolant, the YEYETUO tank helps maintain proper fluid volume in the radiator so the system can manage heat more predictably. Its aluminum construction sheds heat faster than many plastics, while the sealed cap and O-ring reduce the chance of external leaks or air ingress.

• 800ml capacity holds excess coolant during temperature spikes
• Aluminum body improves passive heat dissipation
• O-ring sealed cap helps prevent leaks and contamination
• Returns coolant back to the radiator as the system cools

Will this reservoir fit my car and how hard is installation?

The YEYETUO overflow tank is engineered to be compatible with most cars and is supplied with mounting brackets and hose fittings for a straightforward swap or aftermarket add-on. Basic hand tools are all that’s required for mounting, routing the supplied hose, and securing clamps; most installations can be completed in under an hour.

• Designed to fit most passenger vehicles
• Includes 2 mounting brackets, screws, and clamps
• Supplied fuel line (hose) with 1.96-inch ID compatibility
• Simple bolt-on installation with common tools

What are the tank dimensions, materials, and leak-protection features?

The reservoir measures 7.48 inches long with a 2.95-inch base diameter and a 1.96-inch screw cap diameter, holding up to 800ml of coolant. Manufactured from aluminum with a black finish, it resists corrosion and physical wear. The cap uses an O-ring seal and the kit includes hose clamps to create a water-tight connection between the tank and radiator.

• Length: 7.48 in; bottom diameter: 2.95 in; cap diameter: 1.96 in
• Volume: 800ml — compact but adequate for typical systems
• Aluminum construction with sleek black coating for durability
• O-ring cap, clamps, and cap clamp included to prevent leaks

Does the package come with everything needed to mount and run the tank?

Yes — YEYETUO supplies the essential hardware to mount and connect the overflow tank so you won’t need to source additional parts. The kit includes brackets, clamps, screws, a length of fuel line, and a cap clamp to secure the filler.

• 1 x overflow tank and 1 x fuel line included
• 2 x mounting brackets and 2 x screws for secure installation
• 2 x hose clamps and 1 x cap clamp to ensure leak-free connections

Who is this for? The YEYETUO 800ml coolant overflow tank is intended for car owners, DIY mechanics, and enthusiasts who want a durable, compact recovery reservoir to replace a worn stock bottle or to upgrade cooling reliability. It suits vehicles that accept aftermarket overflow tanks, drivers seeking improved heat management, and anyone who values a tidy, leak-resistant installation with included hardware.
