YIXWZAS 12V Washdown Pump Kit 7.5 GPM 80 PSI — 25ft UV Hose, Seawater Filter

The YIXWZAS 12V Washdown Pump Kit is a compact, high-flow marine and RV washdown system delivering 7.5 GPM at up to 80 PSI with a 25-foot UV-resistant hose and built-in filter.

Built for boats, RVs, campers, patios and outdoor cleaning tasks, this kit combines a 12V washdown pump, quick-connect fittings, a coiled hose and a high-pressure trigger nozzle to make rinsing, deck washing and freshwater or seawater washdowns quick and portable. The unit’s 5-chamber diaphragm design and sealed motor cover emphasize durability and quiet operation, while thermal overload protection and an adjustable pressure switch add reliability for intermittent use.

How much pumping power and pressure does this kit provide?

This washdown pump produces up to 7.5 gallons per minute with a shut-off pressure around 80 PSI, giving a strong stream for rinsing and cleaning without an external pressure source. It supports a 6-foot vertical suction lift for drawing water from a tank, bucket or shore source.

• Flow rate: 7.5 GPM for fast rinsing and washdown.
• Maximum shut-off pressure: approximately 80 PSI for sustained spray.
• Suction capability: up to 6 ft vertical lift for portable setups.
• Adjustable pressure switch to fine-tune cut-in/cut-out behavior.

Is this pump durable and safe for saltwater or freshwater use?

The pump is designed for both freshwater and seawater environments, with a built-in seawater filter to reduce debris intake and corrosion exposure. A rugged ABS housing, waterproof motor cover and thermal overload protection help the unit withstand outdoor marine and RV conditions.

• Seawater-rated filter prevents clogging from sand and debris.
• ABS plastic housing and sealed pressure switch resist the elements.
• Thermal overload and auto-restart protect the motor from overheating.
• Dual-bearing motor and low-vibration diaphragm design reduce wear.

What accessories are included and how easy is installation?

The kit arrives ready to connect with quick-connect trigger nozzle, 25-foot UV-resistant coiled hose, 1/2" NPT fittings, universal filter and mounting hardware for straightforward assembly. It’s intended for simple DIY installation on boats, RVs, patios or garden areas with a 12V power source.

• Included 25-foot UV-resistant hose for reach and stowability.
• Quick-connect spray nozzle for instant operation and nozzle swaps.
• 1/2" NPT fittings and universal filter for common plumbing hookups.
• Compact pump footprint for tight installations and remote mounting.

How quiet and maintenance-friendly is the pump?

Thanks to a 5-chamber diaphragm and dual-bearing motor, the pump runs with reduced noise and minimal vibration versus typical low-cost units. Routine maintenance is straightforward: check and clean the filter, inspect fittings and hose, and ensure the motor’s ventilation and electrical connections remain dry and secure.

• Low-noise 5-chamber diaphragm design for comfortable use.
• Easy filter access for periodic cleaning to prevent clogs.
• Sealed pressure switch reduces water ingress and maintenance needs.
• Thermal protection reduces failure risk from overload.
