ZONETECH Clear License Plate Cover Shields 2-Pack — Fits Standard 6x12 Plates, UV-Resistant Acrylic Protection

ZONETECH Clear License Plate Cover Frame Shields are a two-pack of durable, crystal-clear acrylic covers that protect standard 6x12 U.S. plates from weathering while remaining virtually invisible.

Keep your front and back license plates looking new without changing their appearance: these lightweight, impact-resistant covers resist yellowing and cracking thanks to built-in UV stabilizers. Designed to fit standard 6x12 inch novelty and state plates, the covers install quickly with common tools and extend the life of your registration and decorative plates by blocking dirt, road spray, and sun damage.

How do these covers protect my license plates?

The ZONETECH shields form a barrier that keeps moisture, salt, grime, and debris off the plate surface while reducing fading from sunlight. Their acrylic construction is designed to withstand impacts and not shatter like glass alternatives.

• UV-resistant acrylic prevents yellowing and fading over time.
• Raised bubble design keeps the plate off direct contact with road spray.
• Durable, non-shattering material increases plate longevity.

Will they fit my vehicle’s plates and how easy are they to install?

ZONETECH covers are cut for the standard U.S. license plate dimensions (6 x 12 inches), so they suit most cars, trucks, and motorcycles using common plate sizes. Installation is straightforward and typically requires only basic hand tools.

• Designed for standard 6x12 inch novelty and state plates.
• Installs in minutes using existing screw locations or included hardware.
• No special tools or professional help required—see package instructions.

How clear and durable is the material?

The cover’s clear-bubble acrylic is engineered to be highly transparent so the plate remains readable and visually unchanged. The material resists cracking and impact, giving a top-tier level of protection without obscuring plate graphics or text.

• Crystal-clear finish preserves plate appearance and legibility.
• Acrylic with UV stabilizer reduces discoloration and brittleness.
• Impact-resistant design offers long-lasting performance.

What maintenance or care do these license plate shields need?

Cleaning is simple: use mild soap and water or a non-abrasive cleaner to remove grime. Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive pads to prevent surface scratches and preserve the UV coating.

• Wipe with a soft cloth and mild detergent for routine cleaning.
• Do not use ammonia-based cleaners or abrasive scrubbers.
• Inspect mounting hardware periodically and tighten if necessary.

Who is this product for? Drivers who want a no-fuss way to preserve both novelty and official plates will appreciate these ZONETECH covers. They suit vehicle owners who prioritize clear, unobtrusive protection—people who park outdoors, drive in wet or salty conditions, or simply want to keep plates readable and damage-free without changing the plate’s appearance.
