Which vehicles and part numbers does this ZONFANT kit replace?

This replacement kit covers key EcoDiesel Ram and Jeep applications. It’s intended to match several OEM references so you can confirm compatibility quickly before buying.

• Replaces part numbers: #68507598AA, 68498720AA, 68436631AA, PF46152.
• Ram compatibility: 2020–2023 1500 EcoDiesel 3.0L V6.

How durable and reliable are the components in this kit?

Materials and construction focus on longevity and environmental resistance. The housing cap and filter element use high-performance ABS and filtration media designed to withstand heat, impact, and corrosive conditions commonly found under the hood.

• ABS housing resists corrosion, heat, and impact for extended service life.
• Fuel filter element traps particulates to protect injectors and pump components.
• Manufactured to meet original-equipment specifications for fit and function.

Is installation straightforward for a DIYer or should a pro do it?

The ZONFANT set is engineered as a direct-fit replacement, meaning it should bolt in where the original parts were located without modifications. Basic mechanical skills and common hand tools are typically sufficient, but follow vehicle service procedures and torque specs.

• Direct-fit housing cap assembly replaces the factory cap with no trimming.
• Standard fuel filter element fits the OEM filter housing design.
• Follow manufacturer torque and safety procedures when changing filters and handling fluids.

What maintenance benefits can I expect after installing this kit?

Replacing both the oil filter housing cap assembly and fuel filter element helps restore filtration efficiency and keeps contaminant flow under control. This supports cleaner fuel delivery and oil circulation, which helps components operate under intended conditions.

• Improved filtration reduces debris reaching critical engine and fuel-system parts.
• Lower risk of fuel-starvation or oil-flow issues from clogged filters.
• Helps maintain consistent performance between scheduled service intervals.
