Zybaiiru 20V Cordless Brushless 6-inch Random Orbital Polisher Kit — 8-Speed, 9mm Orbit

The Zybaiiru 20V Brushless 6-Inch Random Orbital Cordless Buffer Polisher Kit is a compact, battery-compatible dual-action polisher designed to remove swirls, light scratches, and restore shine safely and efficiently.

Built around a high-efficiency brushless motor and an eccentric 9mm orbit, this cordless polisher pairs with common 20V MAX batteries for portable detailing without dragging a cord. The 6-inch backing plate and 8 adjustable speeds (1,000–8,000 RPM) let you match pad speed to compound or wax, while the dual-action design reduces heat buildup and clear coat stress during polishing. The kit includes multiple pads and accessories so you can move from cutting to finishing without hunting for extras.

How does this polisher handle different paint correction tasks?

The Zybaiiru dual-action system combines rotational and orbital motion to lift swirls and blend imperfections without aggressive heat or concentrated pressure. Lower speeds are suitable for applying sealants and waxes, medium speeds for cleaning and light defect removal, and higher speeds for more aggressive polishing with appropriate pads and compounds.

• 9mm orbit for safe, even correction across paintwork
• Eight speed settings from 1,000 to 8,000 RPM
• 6-inch backing plate balances coverage and control
• Brushless motor delivers steady torque for consistent results

What accessories are included and how do they expand use?

The kit ships with a variety of pads and consumables so you can switch between cutting, polishing, and finishing without buying extras. Hook-and-loop attachment makes pad changes fast, and the included sandpaper and cloth covers expand the tool’s compatibility beyond car paint to wood, leather, and tile care.

• 2 flat sponge pads and 2 wavy sponge pads for compound and finishing
• 2 wool polishing pads for faster material removal when needed
• 2 cloth covers and 2 sandpaper sheets for light sanding or surface prep
• Hook-and-loop backing for quick pad swaps

Which batteries and chargers work with this cordless polisher?

This unit accepts Dewalt 20V MAX-compatible batteries (DCB203, DCB204, DCB205, DCB206, DCB609, DCB612). Batteries and chargers are not included so you can use existing compatible power packs to keep costs down and maintain portability.

• Compatible with Dewalt 20V MAX battery models listed above
• Batteries and charger sold separately to fit existing tool ecosystems
• Lightweight design (about 2.87 lbs) reduces fatigue during extended use

How durable and serviceable is the Zybaiiru cordless polisher?

The brushless motor reduces wear and maintenance compared with brushed equivalents, aiding long-term reliability. Zybaiiru backs the product with a 5-year product support promise, so replacement parts or troubleshooting are accessible if issues arise.

• Brushless motor for longer lifespan and quieter operation
• Stable torque for consistent polishing under load
• 5 years of product support from Zybaiiru for customer assistance
