• Precision-machined to match original hose port dimensions for proper sealing.

How do I install the heater fitting and what should I check after installation?

Installation typically involves draining the coolant, removing the old fitting, cleaning sealing surfaces, and installing the new ACDelco fitting with appropriate clamps or seals. After reassembly, refill and bleed the cooling system, and inspect the connection under pressure for any signs of leakage.

• Drain coolant to a safe level before removing the old fitting to avoid spills.
• Clean mating surfaces and replace any worn hose clamps or O-rings for a reliable seal.
• Refill and bleed the cooling system, then run the engine to check for leaks and proper heater operation.
