Acyoyava 22" Square Oil Drain Splash Pads 4-Pack — High-Density Absorbent Sponge for Cleaner Oil & Transmission Changes

Acyoyava 22-inch square oil drain splash pads provide an easy-to-use, absorbent surface that prevents messy splatters during oil and transmission fluid changes.

These four high-density sponge pads are designed to sit inside or over most standard drain pans, funnels, and oil catchers to absorb splashes, funnel fluid through to the pan, and keep your workspace cleaner. Vacuum-packed for shipping, each pad quickly expands with warm water or gentle heat and resists common automotive fluids including engine oil, transmission fluid, brake cleaner, and coolants.

How do these pads reduce mess during an oil change?

The porous sponge construction softens the impact of draining fluid and channels liquid down into your drain pan rather than letting it spray outward. This reduces drips and oil spots on the floor or undercarriage and makes cleanup much faster.

• Absorbs splashes while allowing fluid to pass through to the pan
• Pores distribute impact to prevent secondary splatter
• Square shape covers wide drain openings for better containment
• Works with funnels and transmission pans to minimize spills

Will these pads fit my drain pan and how do I prepare them for first use?

The 22-inch square design fits most standard drain pans and oil catchers; the pad can also be trimmed for a custom fit. Because they are vacuum-compressed for shipping, restore shape by soaking in warm water or using a hair dryer briefly—shake off excess moisture before placing in the pan.

• 22-inch square can be trimmed for tight or irregular pans
• Soak in warm water for a few minutes to expand quickly
• Use hot air from a hair dryer to speed recovery if needed
• Shake off extra water before using to avoid dilution of drained fluid

Are these materials resistant to automotive fluids and durable for repeated use?

Constructed from high-density sponge with a porous structure, the pads withstand engine oils, transmission fluids, coolants, and many cleaners commonly used in vehicle maintenance. They’re designed for multiple oil changes in workshop or home garage settings, though heavy contamination over time may require replacement.

• Resists breakdown from oils, transmission fluid, brake cleaner, and coolants
• High-density sponge keeps pores effective for repeated drains
• Replace when pad shows heavy staining or reduced absorption
• Compatible with funnels, catch pans, and transmission pans

How do I use the pad safely and keep my workspace clean afterward?

Set the pad inside or across your drain pan before you remove the drain plug or begin draining. After the service, lift the pad carefully to avoid drips, squeeze excess into the pan if appropriate, then dispose of or clean according to your local hazardous waste rules.

• Place pad over the pan opening before draining begins
• Lift and drain poured fluid back into the pan to minimize waste
• Store dry between uses to preserve sponge integrity
• Follow local regulations for oily waste disposal
