Ailbiuko Silicone Charge Air Cooler Hump Hose 4x6 Blue, 4PCS — Aramid‑Reinforced with T‑Bolt Clamps

The Ailbiuko 4" x 6" silicone charge air cooler hump hose kit is a high-temperature, aramid-reinforced replacement boot set that connects turbo, intercooler, or radiator piping while resisting heat, ozone, and pressure.

This four-piece kit includes four blue 4" inside-diameter silicone hump hoses and matching 304-stainless steel T-bolt tension clamps engineered for heavy-duty transport and industrial applications. Built with a smooth inner bore and three-ring profile, these boots are designed to minimize airflow disruption and provide a reliable, leak-resistant seal across a broad temperature range. They are suitable for many Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Kenworth models and match common OEM part specs when dimensions align.

Will these hoses fit my truck or machine?

Compatibility depends on dimensions more than brand names. The hoses have a 4.00" (101.6 mm) inner diameter, 4.19" (106.426 mm) outside diameter, and 6.00" (152.4 mm) length; wall thickness is 0.19" (5 mm).

• Verify fitting by measuring pipe outside diameter where the hose will clamp.
• Matches common OEM references like DynaFlex 202-36-2042 and Purosil 367-400-060 when dimensions align.
• Not compatible for fuel or oil transfer—only designed for air, coolant, and exhaust-related connections.

How do these hoses handle heat, pressure, and environmental exposure?

Constructed from a 4-ply aramid-reinforced silicone compound, the boots withstand wide temperature swings, resist UV and ozone degradation, and maintain shape under pressure. Rated temperature range stretches from -40°F to +392°F, with a maximum working pressure up to 100 psi.

• Aramid reinforcement improves burst resistance and long-term dimensional stability.
• UV- and ozone-resistant silicone helps prevent cracking during outdoor use.
• 304 stainless T-bolt clamps include a self-locking nut to maintain clamp tension.

What performance benefits will I notice after installing these hump hoses?

The internal smooth bore and three-ring profile reduce turbulence and pressure drop across charge and cooling lines, supporting steadier airflow and thermal transfer. A secure clamp system reduces the chance of leaks that can degrade boost or cooling efficiency.

• Smoother inner surface lowers airflow resistance compared with corrugated or damaged rubber hoses.
• Consistent cross-section preserves turbocharger and intercooler performance under load.
• Heavy-duty clamps create a reliable, leak-resistant joint in high-vibration environments.

How do I install and maintain the silicone hump hoses?

Installation is straightforward with common hand tools; ensure mating pipes are clean and free of sharp edges. Periodic inspection of clamps and hose surfaces keeps the connection dependable over time.

• Slide hose over the mating pipes, position the three-ring section where needed, then tighten the T-bolt clamps to a snug torque.
• Check for abrasion points or chafing; trim or protect surrounding surfaces if necessary.
• Inspect clamps and hose condition during routine service intervals and after heavy-duty use.

Who is this for: The Ailbiuko 4" x 6" silicone hump hose kit is aimed at commercial truck technicians, fleet maintenance teams, performance tuners, and marine or industrial mechanics who need durable, temperature-resistant connections for turbo systems, intercoolers, and radiator plumbing. If you require a robust silicone replacement for air or coolant piping that resists ozone and heat while using stainless clamps for a tight seal, this kit offers a cost-effective, OEM-compatible option—provided you confirm dimensional fit before ordering.
