AIUITIO 16" Rivet Nut Tool Kit — 13 Mandrels (Metric & SAE), 200 Rivnuts, Rugged Carrying Case

The AIUITIO 16" Rivet Nut Tool is a manual rivnut hand riveter kit that installs threaded inserts quickly and reliably for metal, plastic, and sheet applications.

Whether you're fitting bicycle accessories, automotive panels, or general workshop projects, this 16-inch rivet nut tool kit supplies a full set of mandrels, a broad assortment of rivnuts, and a rugged case so you can work on-site or in the garage with confidence. The tool's toolless quick-change head and heat-treated carbon-steel construction make swapouts and repetitive installations faster while resisting wear and corrosion.

How does the toolless quick-change head speed up work?

The toolless quick-change head lets you swap mandrels and nose pieces by hand, eliminating the need for wrenches or extra tools. That reduces downtime when switching thread sizes and simplifies multi-size jobs.

• Hand-changeable mandrels for fast size swaps.
• Pre-installed M8 mandrel for immediate use.
• Less time spent loosening/tightening accessories between tasks.

What sizes and quantities of mandrels and rivnuts are included?

This kit includes 13 interchangeable mandrels covering common metric and SAE threads plus 200 rivet nuts in a range of sizes for most retrofit and repair projects. The selection supports both light-duty and heavier threaded inserts so you can tackle multiple materials and thicknesses.

• Mandrels: Metric M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12; SAE 8-32, 10-24, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, 1/2-13.
• Rivnuts: 200 pieces—20 each for many sizes; fewer pieces for larger diameters as listed in the kit.
• Note: M8 mandrel shipped installed in the tool; spare M8 slot is empty.

How durable and ergonomic is the hand riveter for repeated use?

The 16" rivet nut tool is built from thick, heat-treated carbon steel with black phosphating to resist corrosion, and its U cross-section arm adds rigidity to prevent bending under load. The long handles increase mechanical advantage, making it easier to set inserts without excessive force, while the robust construction supports frequent use.

• Heat-treated carbon-steel body for toughness and long life.
• Black phosphating finish for corrosion resistance.
• U cross-section arm for structural stability and reduced bending.

What comes in the carrying case and how portable is the kit?

All mandrels, rivnuts, and accessories are organized in a compact, rugged carrying case sized for transport and storage. The case keeps small parts sorted and protected for mobile repairs or jobsite use.

• Rugged carrying case with molded compartments for each component.
• Organized layout to prevent lost mandrels or rivnuts.
• Compact footprint for easy transport in a toolbox or van.
