ATRACYPART PD24J Carburetor for 125cc–150cc GY6 Engines — Direct‑Fit Replacement, Restores Smooth Idle

High‑precision PD24J carburetor engineered to replace worn or damaged carbs on most 125cc–150cc GY6‑style 4‑stroke engines. The ATRACYPART PD24J is a direct‑fit replacement carburetor designed to restore proper fuel and air delivery for 125cc and 150cc single‑cylinder GY6 and GY6‑clone engines used on ATVs, scooters, go‑karts and small dune buggies. Built to the original equipment geometry, this unit reestablishes consistent idling, smoother throttle response and predictable starting behavior when an aging or clogged carburetor has compromised performance.

Which engines and vehicles will this PD24J carburetor fit?

The PD24J is compatible with many 125cc and 150cc GY6‑style 4‑stroke engines (152QMI, 152QMJ, 157QMI, 157QMJ) and a wide range of Chinese and Japanese‑style small vehicles. Fitment includes scooters, ATVs, quad bikes, go‑karts and light dune buggies from numerous makes when the manifold and intake diameters match.

• Fits many Chinese OEMs: Roketa, Taotao, Sunl, Baja, Kazuma, Qlink, Zongshen, and more.
• Commonly used on 125cc and 150cc GY6 and GY6‑clone engines.
• May also suit some Japanese‑style 125–150cc models from brands like Honda or Yamaha when dimensions align.
• Verify manifold sizes: intake manifold inner Ø 24mm, outer Ø 32mm; air filter side inner Ø 38mm, outer Ø 42mm.

How does this carburetor improve engine performance?

Replacing a failing carburetor with the PD24J helps reestablish the correct fuel/air mixture and restores reliable throttle response. A properly functioning carburetor reduces rough idle, hunting RPMs and hesitation under load without altering engine internals.

• Restores stable idle and smoother acceleration.
• Prevents fuel leaks and reduces flooding from worn seals.
• Delivers consistent atomization for easier starting and steady running.

What are the key dimensions and installation points I should check?

Before ordering, measure the mounting interfaces on your engine and air box to confirm compatibility. The PD24J follows OEM layout but fitment depends on manifold and filter throat diameters and throttle/cable orientation.

• Intake manifold side: inner diameter 24mm, outer diameter 32mm.
• Air filter intake side: inner diameter 38mm, outer diameter 42mm.
• Mounting and cable attachments mimic standard PD24J/OEM geometry—verify throttle and choke linkage clearance.
