Bosch ceramic rear disc brake pads QuietCast BC537 — OEM-fit, low-dust, quiet

BOSCH BC537 QuietCast rear ceramic disc brake pads are a ready-to-install axle set engineered to deliver OEM-fit braking performance with quiet stops and low dust.

Built on Bosch's decades-long braking experience, the QuietCast BC537 combines a proprietary ceramic friction formula, Molded Shim Technology (MST) and corrosion-resistant backing plates to replicate OE feel and durability. This rear pad set includes pads for one axle, the necessary hardware where applicable, and synthetic lubricant for sliding contact points — designed for a clean installation and longer service life on compatible Acura, Honda and Suzuki models.

What makes QuietCast BC537 quieter than standard brake pads?

The BC537 uses Bosch's pre-attached multilayer rubber-core shims and MST to dampen vibration and reduce noise at the pad-to-caliper interface. That engineered bond lowers audible squeal while maintaining consistent braking feel.

• Pre-attached OE-style multilayer rubber core shims for superior vibration control
• Molded Shim Technology ensures durable adhesion between shim and backing plate
• Slots and chamfers reduce edge noise and prevent uneven wear

How does the ceramic friction material affect stopping and dust?

Bosch formulates the QuietCast ceramic compound for stable friction characteristics across a range of temperatures, delivering reliable stopping power without excessive dusting. The ceramic mix helps keep wheels cleaner compared with many semi-metallic pads.

• Ceramic friction engineered for consistent braking performance
• Low-dust operation helps maintain wheel appearance longer
• Stable friction reduces brake judder and enhances pedal modulation

Are these pads durable and resistant to corrosion?

The BC537 pads use powder-coated backing plates to resist rust and corrosion that can shorten pad life or impair fit. Bosch’s manufacturing standards and quality controls help ensure the pads maintain shape and fit over time.

• Powder-coated backing plates for increased corrosion resistance
• OE-quality slots and chamfers to preserve pad integrity and fit
• Included lubricant minimizes binding and uneven wear at sliding points

Will the BC537 fit my vehicle and what’s included in the set?

This rear pad set fits a range of Acura, Honda and Suzuki models; trim level or engine variations can affect compatibility, so always verify fitment with your vehicle. The package supplies the pads for one axle plus hardware where applicable and synthetic lubricant for installation.

• Set includes four rear pads (one axle) and hardware kit where available
• Synthetic lubricant included for sliding contact points to reduce resistance
• Compatibility varies by trim and model year — confirm with the fit checker

Who is this for: The Bosch QuietCast BC537 is ideal for drivers who want OEM-style braking performance and quieter stops without frequent wheel cleaning. It suits owners of compatible Acura, Honda and Suzuki vehicles who expect dependable, low-dust ceramic pads that install easily and resist corrosion.
