Bosh Chemical Aluma Bright Aluminum Cleaner & Brightener, 1 Gal Concentrate — Rapid-Acting, Foaming Formula

BOSH CHEMICAL Aluma Bright is a concentrated aluminum cleaner and brightener that lifts oxidation, stains, grease and road salt to restore metal’s original luster when diluted and rinsed.

Aluma Bright is a professional-grade, non-fuming concentrate designed to remove oxidation, diesel smoke, carbon build-up and other common contaminants from aluminum surfaces. When mixed per instructions it turns one gallon of concentrate into two ready-to-use gallons that foam, dwell and rinse clean under pressure, making it a time-saving solution for fleet, marine, and equipment maintenance.

How quickly will Aluma Bright remove oxidation and stains?

Results are typically visible within minutes when applied properly. The formula foams and breaks down surface oxidation and embedded grime so that high-pressure rinsing lifts contaminants off the metal.

• Rapid-acting concentrate—visible improvement in most cases after a single application.
• Foaming action increases contact time on vertical surfaces.
• Designed to rinse away clean with cold pressurized water—no heat required.

How do you use the 1-gallon concentrate safely and effectively?

Dilute according to label directions to make two ready-to-use gallons, apply with a pump sprayer or brush, allow the product to dwell and foam, then rinse thoroughly with pressurized water. Follow standard PPE guidance and test a small area if surface sensitivity is a concern.

• Mix concentrate to the recommended dilution before use.
• Apply from bottom to top on vertical surfaces to avoid streaking.
• Rinse with cold high-pressure water for best removal of residue and contaminants.

What kinds of soils and metals is Aluma Bright best suited for?

Aluma Bright is formulated primarily for aluminum but is effective on many aluminum alloys and aluminum surfaces with carbon deposits, diesel exhaust staining, grease, oils and road salt. It’s not intended for use on untreated painted surfaces, anodized finishes, or metals listed as incompatible on the product label.

• Removes oxidation, carbon, diesel smoke, grease and road salt.
• Safe for most aluminum alloys when used as directed.
• Not a universal metal product—check label for incompatible finishes first.

What are the concentration and coverage details for one gallon?

One gallon of Aluma Bright is concentrated and makes two ready-to-use gallons after dilution, providing economical coverage for larger jobs. Coverage will vary based on contamination level, surface texture, and application method.

• 1 gallon concentrate yields approximately 2 ready-to-use gallons.
• Coverage depends on soil level—light cleaning covers more area than heavy oxidation removal.
• Using a pump sprayer and pressure rinse maximizes efficiency and throughput.

Who is this for: BOSH CHEMICAL Aluma Bright is targeted at fleet managers, marine service operators, truck and trailer shops, restoration pros, and anyone responsible for maintaining aluminum equipment and exterior metal finishes. It’s a practical choice when you need a concentrated, foam-capable cleaner that restores aluminum appearance without fuming and is scaled for commercial or heavy-duty consumer use.
