BRCOVAN Handlebar Mount Base 2-Pack — 1" TPU Ball Aluminum Clamp, CNC 6061-T6, Lock-Bolt

BRCOVAN's 2-pack 1-inch TPU ball handlebar mount base is a rugged aluminum clamp that secures devices to a wide range of handlebars and round rails using a 1" swivel ball for universal accessory compatibility.

This pair of handlebar mounting bases is engineered to hold phone holders, GPS units, cameras and other accessories that use a 1" ball joint. Built from CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish and a TPU over-molded ball, the mounts balance strength and low weight while resisting corrosion. The design includes removable rubber inserts and a locking bolt so the clamp adapts to multiple tube diameters and remains tight under vibration.

What handlebar sizes will this mount base fit?

The clamp accepts a range of round tube diameters thanks to four soft rubber inserts supplied in the kit. Remove or add inserts to match the tube, or leave them out for the largest diameter option. Each insert cushions the mounting surface and helps center the clamp for a secure hold.

• Included rubber insert diameters: 0.5" (12mm), 0.87" (22mm), 1.00" (25.4mm), 1.125" (28.6mm)
• Without an insert the clamp opening measures 1.26" (32mm)
• Works on bike, motorcycle handlebars, mirror stems, and other round rails within the stated sizes

How does the mount resist loosening and vibration?

The base combines a rubber-insert cushion with a lock-bolt that clamps the halves firmly around the tube. The combination prevents rotation and slippage on rough roads or off-road trails. A pre-installed or included Allen key lets you torque the bolt for a snug fit.

• Lock-bolt design prevents gradual loosening under vibration
• Rubber inserts dampen shock and protect paint or finish
• Allen key included for controlled tightening and repeated adjustments

What materials and standards are used for durability?

The clamp body is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, a standard alloy used where strength and light weight matter. Anodized surface treatment increases wear and corrosion resistance while keeping the finish smooth. The 1" ball is over-molded with TPU for improved grip, reduced wear, and quieter operation when paired with double-socket arms.

• 6061-T6 aluminum main body for rigidity and low weight
• CNC integral molding for consistent fit and finish
• TPU over-molded 1" ball resists abrasion and slips less in holders

Which arms and accessories are compatible with the 1" ball?

The ball follows the common 1" diameter mounting standard used by many aftermarket arms and mounts. It is compatible with RAM-style hardware and BRCOVAN B-size double-socket arms, as well as any accessory designed to clamp a 1" swivel ball. That makes it simple to pair with smartphone cradles, camera arms, or small device holders.

• Designed for RAM-compatible 1" ball socket arms
• Works with BRCOVAN B-size double-socket arms and similar aftermarket fittings
• Suitable for phone mounts, GPS holders, action camera adapters and other 1" ball accessories

Who is this for: Riders, cyclists, and commuters who need a dependable, adaptable mounting base for 1" ball accessories will appreciate this 2-pack. It's ideal for people who change devices or vehicles often—motorcycle riders, mountain bikers, e-bike owners, or anyone retrofitting mirrors and rails—because the interchangeable rubber inserts, included Allen key, and universal 1" ball make installation flexible and fast without specialist tools.
