Camco RV clear sewer hose adapter 9" — 9-inch straight extension with push-fit visibility

When dumping and rinsing RV black or gray tanks, a reliable extension makes hookup quicker and cleaner. This 9" clear adapter slips onto standard RV sewer outlets to lengthen the discharge point, reduce strain on the hose connection, and provide visibility during flushing so you can tell when waste and rinse water run clear.

How does this adapter make sewer connections easier?

The 9-inch length increases reach and creates a more rigid connection point between your RV outlet and sewer hose, reducing kinks and sag. Its straight design keeps flow consistent and helps you attach hoses without crouching or awkward positioning.

• Extends discharge spout for easier hose attachment
• Straight profile prevents sharp bends that can trap debris
• Quick push-fit installation saves time at dump stations

Why is the clear material useful during tank flushing?

Transparent construction gives visual confirmation when rinse water runs clear, so you avoid over-rinsing or missing lingering residue. That visibility helps you know precisely when the system is clean without guessing.

• See color and clarity of outflow in real time
• Identify remaining solids or suds during flushes
• Reduces unnecessary water use by confirming cleanliness

What installation and maintenance should I expect?

Installation is straightforward: push the adapter onto a compatible RV sewer outlet and attach your standard sewer hose. For maintenance, rinse with water after use and inspect for cracks or wear before storing to ensure a leak-free seal next season.

• Push-fit connection to common RV outlet fittings
• Rinse after each use to clear residue and odors
• Store dry to prolong material life and prevent damage

Will this adapter fit my RV and sewer hose system?

The adapter is designed to work with typical RV sewer outlet dimensions and standard flexible sewer hoses. Confirm your RV outlet diameter matches common fittings; if in doubt, check manufacturer specs or bring the outlet size when shopping.

• Compatible with most standard RV sewer connections
• Best for systems that accept straight 9" extensions
• Helps when extra reach or visual inspection is needed

Who is this for: RV owners and campers who want a simpler, cleaner dumping experience—especially those who prefer visible confirmation during tank rinses. It’s ideal for people who use public dump stations, manage large motorhomes or trailers, or anyone who wants to make sewer hose hookups quicker and less messy without special tools.
