CarBole Stainless-Steel HVLP Suction Paint Spray Gun — 1.3/1.7/2.0mm Tips, 1000cc Cup, Adjustable Flow

The CarBole Suction Paint Spray-Gun is a stainless-steel HVLP sprayer with three fluid tips (1.3mm, 1.7mm, 2.0mm) and a 1000cc cup, built for versatile DIY and automotive coatings.

Designed for hobbyists, small contractors and homeowners who need a reliable, easy-to-clean sprayer, this CarBole kit delivers adjustable spray patterns and three nozzle sizes to handle everything from thin stains to heavier enamels. It requires a compressor rated 7–12 CFM (about 3 HP) and offers both horizontal, vertical and round spray options plus a flow control knob to fine-tune output. The unit combines a stainless-steel body with brass fittings for durability, and the detachable components simplify maintenance between jobs.

What materials and finishes can I spray with this CarBole gun?

This suction-feed HVLP gun is compatible with a wide range of coatings used in furniture, trim, automotive touch-ups and outdoor projects. Choose nozzle size based on viscosity: smaller tips for thin materials and larger tips for heavier coats.

• Thin liquids: stains, lacquers, chalk and milk paints — best with 1.3mm tip
• Medium viscosity: latex paints, primers, clear sealers — use 1.7mm tip
• Thicker coatings: varnish, polyurethane, heavy enamels — 2.0mm tip recommended
• Adjustable flow control lets you reduce overspray and match coverage to project scale

How do I set up the sprayer for a clean, even finish?

Start by matching the nozzle to the coating and thinning to manufacturer guidance if needed. Attach the 1000cc cup, connect to a 7–12 CFM compressor, and choose a spray pattern via the air cap for horizontal, vertical or round spray.

• Set compressor to steady pressure suitable for your material and tip size
• Adjust material flow knob incrementally to avoid runs and achieve even coverage
• Maintain a 17–25 cm distance from the surface and overlap passes by roughly 35 cm spray width
• Clean nozzle and cup after each session using the included brush to prevent clogging

What makes this sprayer user-friendly and durable?

CarBole designed the gun with stainless-steel housing and a brass nozzle to resist wear and deliver long-term performance compared with plastic-bodied alternatives. The gun is detachable so routine cleaning and part replacement are straightforward.

• Stainless-steel body reduces deformation and chemical wear over time
• Brass nozzle provides precise atomization and longer service life
• Detachable parts speed cleaning and help prevent cross-contamination between coatings
• Comes with a multifunction spanner and cleaning brush for maintenance on the job

Can I use this sprayer for automotive and large surface projects?

Yes—when paired with a compressor in the 7–12 CFM range, the CarBole gun can handle vehicle touch-ups, cabinets, doors and fences. Choosing the correct tip and pressure is key to achieving professional-looking results over larger areas.

• 1.7mm tip is a versatile choice for many auto primers and mid-coat paints
• 2.0mm tip suits thicker topcoats and varnishes on doors and furniture
• HVLP style reduces overspray compared with conventional spray guns for focused coverage
• 1000cc cup reduces refill frequency when working on extended surfaces
