CRAFTSMAN V20 Cordless Electric Grease Gun, Tool-Only — 40" Hose, 10,000 PSI, LED

The CRAFTSMAN V20 electric grease gun is a cordless, high-flow lubrication tool that delivers up to 10,000 max PSI and feeds grease rapidly through a 40" flexible hose for hard-to-reach fittings.

Built for mobile mechanics, fleet maintenance and serious DIYers, this battery-powered grease gun plugs into the CRAFTSMAN V20 system (battery and charger sold separately) and balances power with control. The two-speed drive and variable-speed trigger let you adapt flow to the job while a bright onboard LED and long flexible hose improve visibility and access in cramped or dim workspaces.

How quickly can this grease gun deliver grease?

The V20 offers a high-output mode that moves grease fast for heavy lubrication jobs and a lower speed for precision. In high flow using a 2Ah battery, it can push up to 9 ounces per minute, while the two-speed transmission helps prevent over-application on smaller fittings.

• High-flow mode: up to 9 oz/min (with 2Ah battery)
• Two-speed transmission for performance vs. control
• Variable-speed trigger for incremental flow control

Can it reach fittings tucked away in tight areas?

The gun includes a 40" flexible hose that bends into confined spaces and keeps the bulk of the tool out of the way. The long hose plus a compact head makes it easier to access grease zerks on frames, suspension components, and agricultural equipment without contorting the tool or yourself.

• 40" flexible hose for deep access
• Compact nozzle and coupler for narrow openings
• Flexible routing keeps battery and body clear of obstacles

What features improve handling and visibility during use?

Ergonomic controls and a built-in LED are designed to keep operations efficient in low light and reduce operator fatigue. The variable-speed trigger and two-speed selector give tactile control, while the LED spotlights fittings so you can seat the coupler correctly the first time.

• Variable-speed trigger for gradual or full flow
• Two-speed selector for task-specific power
• Integrated LED to illuminate grease points in dark areas

How does it fit into the CRAFTSMAN V20 ecosystem?

This unit is sold as tool-only to let you use existing V20 batteries and chargers. That compatibility makes it a practical upgrade if you already rely on the CRAFTSMAN V20 lineup, minimizing extra purchases and maximizing runtime flexibility.

• Works with all CRAFTSMAN V20 batteries (sold separately)
• Tool-only option for users with existing V20 tools
• Battery choice influences runtime and high-flow performance
