The CURT 45070 is rated for two operating positions. In the drop orientation it supports up to 7,500 lb gross trailer weight (GTW) and 750 lb tongue weight (TW); when flipped to the rise orientation the capacities are 6,000 lb GTW and 600 lb TW. Always verify the vehicle, hitch, trailer and any other towing component ratings and never exceed the lowest listed capacity.
