DEWALT Cordless Grease Gun 20V MAX 42" Hose — 10,000 PSI, Variable Speed Trigger

The DEWALT 20V MAX Cordless Grease Gun (DCGG571B) is a battery-powered grease pump that delivers up to 10,000 PSI and high-volume flow through a 42-inch flexible hose for hard-to-reach fittings.

Built for mechanics, farmers, boat owners and maintenance technicians, this cordless grease gun combines strong pumping power with user controls designed to make greasing faster and less messy. It accepts standard 14 oz cartridges, pushes grease at up to five ounces per minute in high-flow mode, and includes features to help locate fittings, prime the pump and rest the tool between jobs.

How does this grease gun handle stubborn or clogged fittings?

The DEWALT motor is engineered to generate a peak pressure of 10,000 PSI, which helps force grease through partially blocked or resistant grease fittings. An air-bleeder valve also simplifies priming after cartridge replacement so you spend less time troubleshooting trapped air.

• Up to 10,000 PSI peak pressure to clear difficult fittings
• Air-bleeder valve for faster pump priming after cartridge changes
• Variable speed trigger to start slow and increase flow as needed

What control and visibility features help prevent over-greasing?

Variable speed trigger control gives you precise metering from a slow trickle to high-volume flow, helping avoid excessive grease application. A built-in LED illuminates work areas so you can see fittings clearly, reducing guesswork in dim or confined spaces.

• Variable speed trigger for incremental flow control
• Bright LED light to find fittings in low light environments
• Integrated foot design allows the tool to rest securely on flat surfaces during pauses

How well does it reach tight or awkward grease points?

The included 42-inch flexible hose provides extended reach and maneuverability to access fittings behind panels, under machinery or deep inside chassis. The hose flexibility reduces strain and helps position the coupler accurately for a clean connection.

• 42-inch flexible hose for extended reach and access
• Flexible routing reduces awkward positioning and improves access
• Standard coupler interfaces with common zerk fittings for a secure seal

What performance can you expect from a single cartridge and what maintenance features are included?

This grease gun accepts 14 oz. cartridges and the high-volume pump can deliver up to 5 oz. per minute in high-flow applications, making it suitable for larger bearings and frequent service intervals. The tool-only DCGG571B is compatible with DEWALT 20V MAX batteries (sold separately) and comes backed by a 3-year limited warranty for peace of mind.

• 14 oz. cartridge capacity with up to 5 oz./minute high-flow pump output
• Tool-only model works with DEWALT 20V MAX batteries (not included)
• 3-year limited warranty covers defects and workmanship

Who is this for? The DEWALT DCGG571B is aimed at professionals and serious DIYers who need a reliable, cordless grease delivery tool for automotive, agricultural, construction and marine equipment. If you often service multiple grease points, work in low-light or tight areas, or need the brute force to clear stubborn fittings, this grease gun streamlines routine lubrication tasks while reducing physical effort and mess.
