DEWAY Stick Fuel Pump handheld transfer pump — 51in rubber hose, 3.2 GPM, 4-AA battery

The DEWAY Stick Fuel Pump is a battery-powered, handheld transfer pump with a trigger nozzle and 51-inch rubber discharge hose that safely moves non-corrosive fuels and liquids at up to 3.2 gallons per minute.

If you need a faster, cleaner way to move gas, diesel, or non-potable water from cans, jerrycans or small containers without lifting heavy jugs, this compact stick pump delivers controlled flow and reach. Powered by four AA batteries, it combines a slim intake tube that fits most gas cans with a rugged rubber discharge hose and a one-hand trigger that mimics a service-station nozzle. The design focuses on convenience for automotive, lawn & garden, powersports, and emergency use.

How does the pump control flow so I don’t spill?

The DEWAY pump uses a pistol-grip trigger nozzle for immediate on/off control and a locking feature for continuous flow. That lets you start, stop or maintain a steady stream without repeatedly squeezing, reducing drips and spills.

• One-hand trigger for precise start/stop control
• Trigger lock supports hands-free pumping
• Nozzle clip holds the spout securely to prevent drips in storage

What fit and reach does the pump offer for gas cans and tanks?

The slim 19-inch intake tube fits standard 2.5 and 5-gallon gas cans and many specialty containers, while the 51-inch rubber discharge hose lets you reach vehicle fuel inlets or tanks without repositioning containers. The narrow stick profile is built to slide into tight openings.

• 19-inch intake tube for most jerrycans and gas cans
• 1.25-inch intake diameter fits common spouts without adapters
• 51-inch rubber hose provides reach for cars, mowers, ATVs, and small boats

How long will the batteries last and how fast does it pump?

On a set of four AA batteries the internal motor can transfer roughly up to 100 gallons, depending on battery quality and liquid. Flow rate reaches up to 3.2 gallons per minute on a horizontal plane, making short work of small refills and mid-size transfers.

• Runs on 4 AA batteries—no outlet or generator required
• Performance estimate: up to ~100 gallons per battery set (varies by battery type)
• Maximum transfer speed of about 3.2 GPM under optimal conditions

Is the hose and pump body suitable for outdoor, repeated use?

The discharge hose is thicker rubber rather than thin clear tubing, chosen for abrasion resistance and repeated handling outdoors. The hose is replaceable and the nozzle stores locked into an integrated clip to keep the unit tidy between uses.

• Durable rubber hose resists wear from rough surfaces and bending
• Replaceable hose design for long-term maintenance
• Integrated nozzle clip secures the spout to prevent leaks during storage

Who is this for? The DEWAY Stick Fuel Pump is made for homeowners, landscapers, small-fleet operators and outdoor enthusiasts who need a portable, mess-minimizing method to transfer non-corrosive fuels and water. It’s particularly useful for topping off lawn mowers, ATVs, mopeds, snow blowers, small boats, and backup generators where a compact, battery-powered pump beats lifting heavy cans or using less-reliable siphoning methods. Avoid using this pump with corrosive chemicals or for potable water intended for drinking.
