ECCPP AC Compressor for VW Jetta Passat Golf CC Tiguan (2006–2017) — 7SEU16C, 6-Groove 110mm Pulley

The ECCPP AC Compressor is a direct-fit 7SEU16C replacement engineered to restore reliable air conditioning performance for many Volkswagen models from 2006–2017.

This OEM-style compressor from ECCPP is designed to match factory specifications for fit, oil charge and pulley dimensions so installation is straightforward for compatible VW and select Audi vehicles. Built with a 6-groove, 110 mm pulley and prefilled with PAG46 oil (internal oil content 130 ml), it targets models that originally used part numbers such as 1K0820803L, 1K0820859C and 67646 among others. The unit emphasizes efficient cooling, low vibration and cross-reference compatibility for garages and DIYers replacing worn or seized compressors.

Which Volkswagen and Audi models does this compressor fit?

The ECCPP compressor covers a wide range of VW and some Audi vehicles across multiple engine sizes and years. Fitment lists include Jetta, Passat, Golf, Beetle, CC, Tiguan, GTI, Bora and select Audi A3 years. Always verify with your vehicle’s VIN and the listed OE references before ordering.

• Supported years include 2006–2017 for various VW models listed in the compatibility set.
• Engine coverages: common L4 1.4L–2.5L and V6 3.6L applications as specified.
• Cross-references: 1K0820803*, 1K0820859*, 5N0820803 and other OEM numbers provided.

How does this compressor improve cooling and cabin comfort?

Designed to deliver quick temperature pull-down and consistent airflow, this compressor offers up to 4,500 W cooling capacity under rated conditions. Low vibration and noise below 72 dB help maintain a quiet cabin while the compressor helps speed defogging and defrost cycles for safer visibility.

• Cooling power supports rapid cabin temperature reduction from very hot conditions.
• Low-noise operation (under 72 dB) reduces cabin vibration and sound.
• Compressor specifications (7SEU16C, 6-groove pulley) match factory setups for balanced performance.

What are the technical specs and installation details I should know?

This ECCPP unit uses the 7SEU16C compressor design with a 110 mm diameter pulley and six grooves, filled with 130 ml of PAG46 oil. It’s supplied to align with many factory electrical connectors and mounting points, but professional installation or confirmation of clutch/interconnect compatibility is advised.

• Pulley: 6 grooves, 110 mm diameter for belt alignment with factory systems.
• Oil: PAG46, internal oil content ~130 ml to match system lubrication needs.
• Compatibility references: multiple OEM part numbers included for cross-checking.

Will this compressor meet seasonal needs and durability expectations?

The compressor is built to operate across seasonal extremes: providing robust cooling in summer and aiding windshield defogging in cooler months. Materials and internal design aim to reduce wear and noise, but system longevity depends on proper installation, correct refrigerant charge and maintaining the rest of the A/C system.

• Helps clear condensation and frost faster for improved winter visibility.
• Low-vibration design to reduce stress on mountings and belts.
• Recommended to replace receiver/drier and confirm refrigerant levels during service.

Who is this for: This ECCPP AC Compressor is suited for Volkswagen owners, independent mechanics and repair shops needing a direct-fit replacement for Jetta, Passat, Golf, CC, Tiguan, Beetle and related models listed in the compatibility set. It's ideal for those seeking a cost-effective, specification-matched unit with clear OEM cross-references, and for anyone replacing a failing compressor as part of a larger A/C system service.
