EilxMag Magnetic Hitch Pins 2-Pack 1/2" Heavy-Duty with Neodymium Ring Magnet & Quick-Release Handle

The EilxMag 2-pack magnetic hitch pins are heavy-duty 1/2" tow pins with built-in neodymium magnets and a one-handed release, designed to secure lawn mowers, zero-turns, trailers and tractor attachments.

These magnetic hitch pins combine a powerful ring magnet, full welding and a quick-release handle to make coupling and uncoupling attachments faster and more secure. Built from high-grade steel with a black powder finish and protective rubber coating, each pin resists rust and stands up to regular outdoor use. The design adds a magnetic hold that supports up to 1,500 pounds while still allowing a cotter pin for redundant safety.

How will these hitch pins speed up daily hookup and removal?

The magnetic ring centers and holds the pin in place so you can align and connect attachments with one hand. The large handle and one-handed release reduce the need to bend over and fumble when lining up implements.

• Strong ring magnet helps hold pin during alignment.
• Large 4½" × 2" handle for quick grip and one-hand operation.
• 1/2" stem fits most tractor-style hitch holes for faster coupling.
• Magnetic pull reduces time spent readjusting angles.

Are these pins tough enough for heavy use on mowers, trailers and ATVs?

Yes — the pins are made from high-quality steel, fully welded for a solid connection, and finished with a durable black powder coat plus rubber protection to resist wear and weather. The magnet is a ring-style neodymium unit with a much higher pulling force than common ceramic magnets, rated to help hold up to 1,500 pounds.

• Full welding versus hollow welds for stronger joints.
• Heat-treated, powder-coated surface with rubber layer for corrosion resistance.
• Ring neodymium magnet for superior holding force.
• Rated support up to approximately 1,500 lbs in normal use.

Which attachments and machines are compatible with this 1/2" pin?

These hitch pins are tailored to most tractor-style accessories that accept a 1/2" diameter pin. They commonly fit lawn mower implements, zero-turn decks, lawn sweepers, small trailers and many ATV tow accessories. Always confirm your hitch hole measures 1/2" to ensure a proper fit.

• 1/2" diameter stem fits standard tractor-type hitch holes.
• Suitable for lawn tractors, zero-turn mowers, ATVs and small trailers.
• Works with dump carts, sweepers, spreaders and tow-behind implements.
• Includes ability to add a cotter pin for secondary retention.

How does the double-protection system improve safety on rough terrain?

The pin combines magnetic retention with a traditional cotter pin option so you get fast magnetic hold plus a mechanical backup for high-speed or uneven conditions. That layered approach reduces the chance of accidental release while giving you the convenience of magnetic alignment.

• Magnet holds pin in position during hookup and movement.
• Cotter pin hole allows for locking in place as a fail-safe.
• Sturdy handle and full-weld construction prevent loosening.
• Protective finish minimizes corrosion that could weaken fit over time.

Who this is for: The EilxMag magnetic hitch pins are ideal for homeowners, landscapers and small-acreage operators who connect and disconnect mower decks, trailers or tow-behind tools frequently. If you value faster one-handed hookups, need a rugged pin that resists rust, and want the option of extra mechanical security with a cotter pin, this 2-pack offers a reliable, field-ready solution.
