EZAUTO WRAP Gloss Black Vinyl Wrap Kit 2in x 50ft — 3M 2080 Automotive-Grade, Heat-Conformable Trim Film

This kit gives your vehicle a factory-finished gloss black trim without paint, using cast automotive film that stretches, conforms, and resists UV, water, grease, and mild chemicals. Supplied with a squeegee and razor blade, the roll is sized to wrap window and door trim for a seamless chrome-delete look. The film includes a protective release layer to reduce installation marks and can be heated to smooth creases and conform to complex curves.

How does this vinyl perform outdoors and over time?

The product uses authentic 3M 2080 cast film engineered for automotive exposure, offering excellent UV resistance and up to seven-year outdoor durability under normal conditions. Its surface is glossy and resists fading, while the adhesive is pressure-activated to maintain bond strength through temperature changes.

• Up to 7 years outdoor life under normal conditions.
• Pressure-activated, bubble-free 3M Comply adhesive.
• Resists water, dirt, grease, salt, mild acids, and oil.
• Protective layer on gloss finish reduces installation impressions.

How easy is it to install on window and door trim?

The film is stretchable and conformable, so it can be heated and worked into corners and contours with basic tools. The included squeegee helps remove air pockets, and reheating allows repositioning or smoothing of creases for a clean, factory-like finish.

• Self-adhesive back with repositionable tack during fitting.
• Heat conformable—use a heat gun to wrap complex shapes.
• Comes with a squeegee and razor blade for trimming and smoothing.
• Creases and bubbles reduce with heat application and squeegee work.

Will this vinyl harm my vehicle’s paint or finish?

The film is formulated to be safe for painted surfaces when applied and removed correctly. Because it is cast automotive-grade wrap film, it peels cleanly without leaving adhesive residue when removed under proper conditions.

• Designed to be removable without damaging paint.
• Does not leave adhesive residue if removed properly.
• Soft enough to conform without forcing or cutting into paint.
• Can be repositioned during installation to avoid mistakes.

What accessories and cutting quality are included?

The roll is precision-cut from authentic 3M 2080 film and ships with a small tool kit to help with installation. Note: tool kits are limited to one set per buyer, regardless of ordered quantity.

• Included squeegee and razor blade for installation and trimming.
• Authentic 3M 2080 automotive-cast vinyl film used.
• Gloss protective release layer can remain during install.
• One complimentary tool set per buyer only.
