Fel-Pro Fuel Injection Plenum Gasket Set MS97205 for Jeep Grand Cherokee — Complete OEM-Fit Intake Seal Kit

Fel-Pro MS 97205 is a complete fuel-injection plenum gasket set engineered to restore a reliable intake seal using application-specific materials and OEM-style fitment. Fel‑Pro designs gaskets for professional repairs, combining proprietary sealing materials and validation testing to help prevent intake leaks and maintain engine performance. The MS 97205 set includes all necessary gaskets and seals used around the fuel injection plenum so technicians and DIYers can complete an intake-top service without sourcing extra parts. Engineered for real-world repair conditions, these gaskets compensate for imperfect sealing surfaces and are validated by Fel‑Pro engineers.

What parts are included in the MS 97205 gasket set and why does that matter?

The set delivers the intake-plenum gaskets and related seals typically removed during fuel injection or plenum service so you won’t be missing small parts mid-repair. Having every piece in one kit reduces downtime and helps ensure a proper reassembly.

• Complete intake/plenum sealing gaskets sized for direct fit
• Auxiliary seals and O-rings to replace aged or damaged pieces
• Materials selected for chemical, temperature, and compression resilience

Which vehicles and applications does this gasket set fit?

Fel‑Pro lists MS 97205 for a range of Chrysler, Dodge and RAM applications across model years where the fuel-injection plenum design matches the kit. Always cross-check with your VIN or parts diagram to confirm fit before ordering.

• Fits various Ram and ProMaster models (2013–2020 Ram 1500, 2014–2020 ProMaster variants)
• Compatible with Chrysler vehicles including 300, Town & Country, and select others (2011–2020 depending on model)
• Includes gaskets engineered to match factory sealing shapes and bolt patterns

How does Fel‑Pro’s design help when the sealing surfaces aren’t perfect?

These gaskets are manufactured with materials and design features intended to adapt to minor warpage, surface wear, and residual deposits that are common in service environments. That adaptability helps create a more consistent, lasting seal compared with generic sheet gaskets.

• Proprietary sealing compounds that compress to fill small surface irregularities
• Optimized bead placement and profiles to maintain pressure where needed
• Engineered thickness and resilience to resist blowout and blow-by

What testing and quality controls back Fel‑Pro MS 97205?

Fel‑Pro subjects parts to on‑vehicle validation and R&D review to mimic real repair conditions before release. The company documents tests for fit, sealing performance, and durability so end users get a product designed for the service environment.

• On-vehicle tests that replicate road and thermal cycles
• Engineering review and validation for fit and sealing behavior
• Manufactured to Fel‑Pro standards for repair-ready parts

Who is this for: Technicians, independent shops, and experienced DIY mechanics performing intake or fuel-injection service on compatible Chrysler, Dodge, and RAM vehicles will benefit most from the MS 97205 kit. If you need an all-in-one gasket pack that’s engineered to handle imperfect sealing surfaces and backed by Fel‑Pro validation, this set simplifies repairs and reduces the risk of missing seals during reassembly.
