Generic 1.375" x 24 Aluminum Cone End Caps 12-Pack (Black) — Sealed, Corrosion-Resistant Replacement Caps

Compact, corrosion-resistant and machined for a smooth fit, this 12-piece set provides a ready supply of cone-shaped end caps and auxiliary components for applications using the 1.375"x24 screw thread. Crafted from a premium aluminum alloy and finished in black, the parts are intended as universal direct replacements that install quickly by hand without modifications.

How do these end caps fit existing 1.375"x24 cone fittings?

The caps are precision-threaded to 1.375"x24 standards so they screw on to matching cone-shaped parts and housings with a secure fit. Their sealed end design sits flush to protect internal threads and exposed openings from dirt and moisture.

• Direct replacement for 1.375"x24 cone threads — no adapters required
• Sealed end geometry prevents debris ingress
• Hand-installable for fast service or replacement

What materials and finish are used, and why it matters?

Each piece is machined from an aluminum alloy chosen for a balance of strength and corrosion resistance, then finished smooth and burr-free. The lightweight metal reduces added mass while resisting rust in outdoor or automotive environments.

• High-strength aluminum alloy for durability and low weight
• Smooth, deburred surface reduces wear on mating parts
• Black finish for a discreet, uniform appearance

What comes in the 12-piece set and how can I use the extras?

The kit contains 12 total components — eight primary cone-shaped sealed end caps plus four auxiliary parts for replacement or alternate configurations. Spares let you maintain a small fleet of equipment or keep backup parts for quick roadside or shop repairs.

• 8 cone-shaped sealed end caps for primary replacements
• 4 auxiliary components to accommodate variations or act as spares
• Quality-controlled pieces ready to install out of the package

How easy is installation and what tools are needed?

Installation is intended to be tool-free: thread the cap onto the matching 1.375"x24 cone by hand until snug. In tight spaces a soft-jawed plier can be used to avoid marring the finish, but no permanent modification or specialist tool is required.

• Hand-thread installs in seconds for most fittings
• Optional soft-jaw pliers for tighter torque without damage
• No cutting, tapping, or re-threading necessary

Who is this for: technicians, DIY mechanics and equipment managers who need reliable replacement caps for cone-threaded fittings will value this kit. It’s suited to automotive aftermarket use such as tire anti-theft covers, modular tube filters, and other systems that specify a 1.375"x24 thread. The black aluminum construction and included spare parts make it a practical choice for maintenance kits, field repairs, or batch replacements where corrosion resistance, lightweight durability and easy installation matter.
