Griot's Garage Interior Cleaner Spray 1 Gallon (128 fl oz) — Concentrated All‑Surface Formula

Griot's Garage Interior Cleaner Spray is a concentrated, all-surface automotive interior cleaner formulated to lift dirt, dust, and grime from seats, carpets, vinyl, dashboards, and more without leaving sticky residue.

Built and bottled in the USA, this one-gallon interior cleaner is engineered for both routine touch-ups and deeper detailing sessions. The versatile formula works across fabric, carpet, leather-like vinyl, plastic trim, and headliners, making it a single go-to solution for cars, trucks, RVs, boats, and other vehicles. Because it rinses and wipes clean, surfaces maintain a fresh appearance without tacky buildup that attracts more dirt.

How does this cleaner handle different interior materials?

The formulation is designed to be gentle enough for fabric and headliners while still effective on sturdier surfaces like vinyl and plastic. It dissolves common soils—food spots, road dust, and built-up grime—so they can be wiped or agitated away without harming color or texture. Always test an inconspicuous area first on delicate fabrics.

• Safe for carpets, upholstery, vinyl, dashboards, door panels, and headliners
• No dyes or harsh additives to risk discoloration
• Leaves no greasy or sticky residue after towel or brush cleaning
• Use diluted or neat depending on soil level

What’s the best way to use the gallon bottle for detailing?

Transfer to a spray bottle for spot work or use a pump sprayer for larger jobs; the concentrated gallon keeps you stocked for repeated use. For light cleaning, spray, agitate with a soft brush or microfiber, then blot or wipe dry. For heavy soiling, allow dwell time before agitating and extract or wipe away.

• Pour into a trigger sprayer or detail pump for precise application
• Light soils: spray and wipe with microfiber
• Stubborn stains: spray, brush gently, then rinse or blot
• Works well with extraction machines for deep-cleaning carpets

Will this product leave behind residue or affect future cleaning?

Griot's Garage formulated this interior cleaner to rinse and wipe clean, minimizing residue that can attract new dirt. Because it doesn’t deposit a tacky film, treated surfaces stay cleaner longer and respond better to follow-up cleaning products. For best results, wipe surfaces thoroughly and allow to dry fully.

• Non-residue formula prevents rapid re-soiling
• Compatible with follow-up protectants after surfaces are fully dry
• Helps maintain a neutral surface profile for future detailing

Can I use this cleaner outside of the vehicle?

Yes—this gallon interior cleaner is versatile around the home or on marine fabrics as well. It removes dirt from furniture, rugs, footwear, and canvas, saving you from buying multiple specialty cleaners. As with automotive surfaces, test first on a hidden area to confirm colorfastness.

• Effective on household upholstery, area rugs, and canvas
• Safe for marine interiors, including many boat fabrics and vinyl
• One product reduces need for separate fabric and vinyl cleaners

Who is this for? Detailers, car enthusiasts, fleet managers, and homeowners who want a reliable, all-purpose interior cleaner in a bulk size will appreciate this one-gallon option. It’s especially useful for anyone who prefers to refill spray bottles or run multiple vehicles without constantly repurchasing singles. If you value a U.S.-manufactured cleaner that removes soils without leaving greasy residue, this product fits into routine maintenance and professional detailing kits alike.
