HIFESON Rivet Nut Tool Kit — Hand Riveter with 100-Piece Assortment, Step Drill Bit, Metric & SAE

Whether you retrofit panels, install accessories, or repair metalwork, this HIFESON rivet nut kit supplies the hardware and hand tool to create reliable, blind-threaded attachment points without welding. The kit combines a corrosion-resistant chromium steel riveter, a stepped drill bit for clean hole preparation, and a mixed assortment of rivet nuts to cover common thread sizes used in automotive, furniture, and light fabrication projects.

How does the rivet nut tool create internal threads in thin materials?

The tool compresses and deforms the rivet nut body inside a prepared hole so the knurled shank expands behind the sheet, locking the nut in place and providing internal threads. No access to the backside is required, which makes it ideal for sealed panels and tubular components.

• Uses a hex-head mandrel and hand-operated or drill-driven screw to set rivet nuts precisely.
• Compatible with both metric and SAE rivet nut sizes included in the kit.
• Step drill bit included to form clean, correctly sized holes for each nut diameter.

What sizes and parts are included in the kit for versatile repairs?

This set bundles a manual/hand-operable rivet nut setter, one stepped drill bit for accurate hole sizing, and an assortment of 100 rivet nuts in common metric and SAE sizes. The mix covers small to medium thread requirements found in many consumer and workshop applications, reducing the need to source separate fasteners.

• 100-piece rivet nut assortment spanning multiple thread sizes for flexibility.
• Step drill bit to match each rivet nut size and produce clean holes.
• Hex-head bolts use standard replacement bolts if the original mandrel threads wear.

How durable and portable is the HIFESON riveter for workshop use?

Crafted from chromium steel and treated against corrosion, the rivet nut tool is designed for repeated manual or drill-driven use. It ships in a compact carrying case to keep components organized and protect the tool between jobs.

• Chromium steel construction for improved strength and extended life.
• Anti-corrosion surface treatment for longevity in workshop conditions.
• Included storage case prevents loss of small parts and simplifies transport.

Can this kit be used for automotive, home, and DIY projects?

Yes — the rivet nut kit is intended for a wide range of light industrial and consumer applications, such as attaching brackets, reinforcing panels, or mounting fixtures. It is especially useful where backside access is limited or where a welded nut is impractical.

• Works on metal panels, thin tubing, ladders, furniture, and decorative fixtures.
• Ideal for adding threaded anchor points in retrofits and repairs.
• Simple to use with a wrench and hand driver or an electric drill for faster setting.
